While not cancelled, Steve Harvey’s daytime talkshow, Steve Harvey is ending after the current fifth season wraps up in May. Deadline reports the comedian’s contract with the show’s producer, EndemolShine North America, ends in 2017.
Harvey is developing a new daytime show with IMG. NBCUniversal Domestic Television, which handles the current show, will also distribute the new show.

While the Steve Harvey show shoots in Chicago, the new program will be produced in Los Angeles. The news outlet expects it to be more “celebrity-driven.”

Oh my God please do not end the Current STEVE HARVEY TALK daytime show. I depend on Steve like people depended on Oprah. It really is 1 of the only things I can depend on to maKe me laugh help get me energized and feeling good but also as a 36 yr old woman about to get divorced after 12 yrs, I need to hear and see all the krazy women like me be told what to do and not to do. No I will not be watching the new show.We have enough shows surrounding celebrities already.
I will watch for sure. Especially if this is late night/daytime driven. Steve will absolutely make this a trending thing. We don’t need ANYMORE daytime shows. Geez
I thought that I was being fussy but here I find I that I am not the only one who is disappointed in Steve’s new show. Steve, many times if I missed your old show during the day I would struggle just to stay up to see it 3:00 a.m. when it is repeated on NBC. Sorry, new show I watched about twice.

I had planned to be in the audience of the Steve Harvey show on my birthday in 2017. Also I need your help in setting up a 911 triple date for my three professional daughters with professional men. I really liked the old format not as thrilled about the new celebrity focused one.
I don’t like Steve Harvey at all. He is ignorant, loud and an embarassment. I don’t understand why he is being chosen to host so many shows. Hmm, makes me wonder why this is the “face” of television.

I won’t be watching it. I didn’t watch the talk show because it was not real/authentic. He looked so uncomfortable. I like watching his comedy skits and acting on his TV show.
I am so glad that Steve Harvey will still be entertaining us on TV. It is sooooo refreshing to watch a TV show that has humor and intelligence. Mr. Harvey is a wonderful role model for all young men. I love that he is a wonderful, entertaining host that is sooooo funny without any vulgarity. I love that he is so open about his love for his wife & family. I love that he is a Christian. I think that his shows esp. Family Feud should be taken off or at the very least a new host. Steve Harvey, through some of his “thinly veiled sexual comments” are making this show not a viewing for children to watch.
The show is canceled, but the fan favorite segment and the most popular part of the show Ask Steve is now a mobile game available on iOS and Google Play Store
Our children are watching way more than “Family Feud”! Their on google and Facebook watching everything…search their history. Don’t blame Steve for what their eyes see!! We’ve all said or did something that someone else did or didn’t approve of. Should we be replaced? I don’t think so! He does way more for children all over this world than you can ever imagine. And please!! Don’t take it personal…IJS! Yes,!!! I am sad though I am just finding out and I wanted to be in the audience for my birthday in August. Steve Harvey brings laughter to my day every day. I love the show and what I see and hear on the show of Steve Harvey. I look forward to the show daily. Will continue to be supportive.

YES, YEA AND YES!!!!! Steve is not only funny, he is a warm and sensitive man of color. His spirit radiates on each and every show. It’s wonderful to see such a shinning example of what a true spirit full man looks like. A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE WILLING AND ABLE MAN.
