TV show description:
This comedy series follows an irresponsible grifter who ends up becoming the guardian of her young and wealthy niece and nephews.
Mackenzie “Mickey” Murphy (Kaitlin Olson) is a brash, two-bit hustler from Rhode Island who lacks any drive and is always in search of the next easy payday. She’s spent her entire life running from any kind of responsibility but she’s also smart and fun. She always has her head in the game. She just needs a big win.
Looking for a handout, Mickey visits her estranged sister and billionaire brother-in-law in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mickey gets more than she bargained for when her absurdly rich relatives flee the country to escape federal fraud charges.
This leaves Mickey to assume guardianship of their three high-maintenance and ill-parented children. Sabrina (Sofia Black D’Elia) is an ambitious, mature-beyond-her-years 18-year-old who’s a worthy adversary for Mickey. Chip (Thomas Barbusca) is 13 years old and is an entitled con-in-the-making with the arrogance to carry it off. Meanwhile, Ben (Jack Stanton) is a seven-year-old and an adorably fragile nerd.
The life and material possessions that Mickey has longed for are now within her reach — but nothing in life is free. She needs to transform these outrageously spoiled children into honest, hard-working, decent members of society – something that Mickey knows nothing about.
Being a mother was never part of Mickey’s game plan, but these kids desperately need a parent. And as irresponsible as Mickey has been her entire life, she may discover that responsibility and motherhood aren’t the buzzkill she always thought they would be.
Episode #37, “The Graduate”
Following graduation, Mickey and Alba (Carla Jimenez) discover that Sabrina is having second thoughts about attending Yale. In their attempt to sway her decision, Alba finds herself heavily involved at a Yale Alumni reunion event. Meanwhile, Chip is keen on re-branding himself before he starts high school, so naturally he decides to throw a party to prove his status. (Courtesy of FOX)

What do you think? Did you like The Mick TV show? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for season three on FOX?
Please let this show go on it’s so funny. If the Mick goes I will be very disappointed
This show was twisted and just downright bizarre.
OMGsh, NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! This is insane! I just don’t understand why you would cancel one of the funniest shows with the best cast ever. It is one of my absolute favorites. After a stressful day at work I just need a good laugh. The days that it wasn’t on I would even rewatch earlier episodes. I’m heartbroken…
NOOOOOO!!!! This show is so wrong in all the right ways. The Mick is going to pick up traction and become a classic!!! No other TV family is as edgy, unique, dynamic, and brilliantly written as this one. You must, MUST, keep it on the air for more seasons and allow us to be a part of the growth this family experiences.
Let TBS take the show over! It would be edgier, which is right up this show’s alley!
The Mick was so funny!! Disappointed to hear that it was cancelled! Wish another network would pick it up.
Crazy ridiculous unique show. PLEASE RENEW OR SEND to different network.
The Mick was extremely funny. Here’s hoping another network will save the show.
I loved the show. Very funny. There are a whole lot of shows that can’t hold a candle to this one. Bring it back!
Bring it back. It’s a great over the top show that’s hilarious .
Bring it back already! Olsen, and the characters of Jimmy and ALba are fantastic! We need more sitcoms like this–a bit on the rougher side–so sick of watching the family-type sitcoms–boring!!! Someone else please pick up this show.
I love this show ! I want a season 3 !
Absolutely love this show. Id be very disappointed that you would keep the kardashians on and not something that is sooooo hysterical. If cancelled that would be the reason I stopped watching tv. as for all you people who find this offensive – turn the channel.
I hope it comes back for season 3
Was a fan til tonight. The anti police bit @ the beginning tonight made me sick. Hope it gets cancelled.
