Felix still has feelings for Ashley while Oscar is happier without Gaby but does miss his kids.
It’s not long after Oscar agrees to let Felix move in with him that Oscar’s fear that he’s made a monumental mistake is realized. However, despite how exasperated they make each other, these mismatched friends agree they can help each other move on from their divorces and somehow make their crazy living arrangement work.

What do you think? Di you like this version of The Odd Couple TV show? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for another season?
I love Matthew Perry but, I agree he needs to relax. I’d hate to see it cancelled because it is funny. I really want to see him succeed in this.
Matthew a Perry is the only one on the show that seems to so obviously trying too hard! Looks like forced acting and not believable or comparable to Oscar Madison at all!!! Cancel it!
Do it in front of a live audience and they might loosen up. One camera comedies are flat and boring
Last night’s episode (4/23) was better. I loved Thomas Lennon’s acting out of the songs from his stage play. Enjoyed the surprising peek into his character, as in the fact that he was good at weight lifting (!). I can see him becoming an intricate comedic character in the manner of Sheldon on BBT. Let Lennon’s freak flag fly. As for Matthew, I liked the peek into his character’s thwarted desire to be a jock. Gives opportunities for him to be a more sympathetic character.
I really wanted this to work for both Perry and Lennon but it just isn’t. I wanted to like this but still had a niggling feeling it wasn’t going to. I can’t imagine Neil Simon is happy with this version. Simon is a genius writer. The writing on this version is terrible. Perry is “acting”. What happened to him? He was great on Friends, Whole Nine Yards and Fools Rush In. He’s stiff and seems to be reciting his lines. I haven’t laughed yet and I do like both Matt and Thomas. I loved them together in 17 Again. Disappointed… Read more »
I totally agree with your comments, Jennifer. I, too, like Matthew Perry, but he continues making bad choices in regard to the television scripts he picks as comeback vehicles. He either needs a new agent or a life coach.
I agree.
Matthew Perry needs to relax. He is too stiff, no body movement, voice doesn’t change. Very droll. Have fun.
Man, Matthew Perry needs to pray to God every day that he was lucky to be on “Friends”
PLEASE KEEP. I LOVE IT. LINDSAY SLOANE IS THE BEST
Is this still on?
It was on last night.
This is a good show with the potential of being grate! All networks need to give shows a chance, it seems now a day networks are way to quick to cancel shows.
It grates all right.
Please continue……I love it.
this show is great – and a tribute to the original Odd Couple – look forward to it every week and hope it is around for a very long time. Matthew Perry is fabulous!!!
I know, April Fools right?
I think Odd Couple is great, especially with this cast!
Funny, well written and timely
Love it. Funny.
Terrible and unfunny. Will be cancelled. Bad idea remaking a classic tv show. All a remake does is invite comparisons to the classic show. Can’t touch the brilliance of Randall and Klugman.
You got it.
I love the new version of the Odd Couple,I hope it doesn’t get cancelled. There is not many comedy sitcoms on that are worth watching.
Thank You.
Thomas Lennon is great–it’s the writing and the rest of the supporting cast that really needs tweaked.
