Can John handle what’s to come in the third season of The Rookie TV show on ABC? An ABC police drama series, The Rookie TV show stars Nathan Fillion, Alyssa Diaz, Richard T. Jones, Titus Makin Jr., Melissa O’Neil, and Eric Winter. The series follows the experiences of John Nolan (Fillion), a middle-aged divorced man from Pennsylvania. He owns a construction company but decides to give up his old life to pursue a new career as a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department. He graduates from the Police Academy and becomes the oldest rookie on the force. He works with Sergeant Wade Grey (Jones), training officers Angela Lopez (Diaz) and Tim Bradford (Winter), and fellow rookies Jackson West (Makin Jr.) and Lucy Chen (O’Neil). As season three begins, John nears the end of his training and must come to terms with the choices he made in pursuit of the truth.

My family loves the Rookie…it’s a great show, love the cast….please don’t cancel it!!! Look forward to watching it and love Nathan Fillion
Love the Rookie but at this time I am not receiving ABC due to contract disputes. I am very disgusted by this as I missed the 1st show of this season. The cliff hanger from last season was just that- a great cliff hanger. Anxious for Mission broadcasting to end this dispute. Please don’t cancel the Rookie!
We love the Rookie! We think it’s a great show, it may take it a couple of seasons to find its footing but we believe that it will. anything Nathan fillion is a part of is a must-watch!
Love the Rookie as it reminds me of my own rookie days as a older boot trying to make it in a younger mans career. The only thing is I wish ABC network would take it to a earlier time of day on Sunday ‘ like around 7 or 8 pm. Great show.
Love the Rookie. John Nan is great and love the characters and story lines. Not sure if all real but keeps me interested. Hope for another season. One of my go to shows.
Please keep the show i so look forward to this every week. The writers are brilliant, the actors are amazing. Especially Nolan and his new TO, they are amazing. Please please keep this show on the air.
I love this show….has to be renewed… My husband who was so so on the show season 1 has grown to love it. Sunday’s episode was well acted and we’ll written.
I feel Nolan really got a raw deal with the new episode. There has to be some kind of justice. This allows viewers to feel that if you’re crafty and deceitful enough, you can get away with anything. Nolan has proven his dignity to the show. If this continues, I will not watch anymore, and I really love the show and the characters.
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! After watching a couple of other premiers of other shows this one knocked it out of the park. What a fantastic episode! Keep up the great writing.
Normally one of my favorite shows. It has been so long sine the last episode, I didn’t remember most of the storyline. Very confusing plotline. Wish they had more flashbacks to explain where they were going in this episode.
Strong episode, well written and acted. Jailed female character is good one. Expecting an entertaining season.

Really enjoyed the way this was handled. Love this show, and it was a long wait for the conclusion of a major cliffhanger! Great acting, great writing- what more do U need. i would wish for more romantic moments with Nolan, but looks like with Covid this won’t be happening at least for awhile!
Great first episode of the season. Looking forward to the rest of the episodes. The writers have really developed this show well.
