The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I hate the thought that this show won’t return… I fell in love with the show!!!! I hate this as soon as I find a show worth watching it gets canceled!!!

I just watched the end of Season 1. Really? Rethink this one. I like the show and it would be interesting to see how they go on with this. John not remembering the past, Jedidiah up to his tricks again and Steven with the ability to reverse time now, WOW lets get it back. Come on Season 2. Maybe a following on Facebook would help.

This show should be brought back. It’s exactly what people want today, they just don’t know that it was ever even out there. Bring it back and throw in some marketing and you’ll find nothing but wonderful results!
it would have been a better show had the scientist not been so overpowering,I say the writers destroyed the show,Let the tommorrow people win the fight ,like the original series by roger price.
Seriously. STOP moving things around so viewers are unable to find shows. You need a better way of previewing shows, perhaps on other networks. I guarantee that we will respond! I agree, this show really can go somewhere, the only problem is no one ever heard of it because it was never really marketed right until Netflix got a hold of it.
You damn right I didn’t know anything about this until I seen it on netflix n they put it on a network nobody watches so how do they expect to have good ratings if there not even letting us know anything about it

this is an awesome show that has many twists and turns that writers can take.
To any other networks. Please revive The Tomorrow People or make season two into a comic book series or make it into TV movies. I mean it! It needs to have 2015-2016 season. I want John to remember everything again and be the leader again.
