The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

The show was great and I really think they should’ve at least finished with an ending if cw was gonna cancel not a cliff hanger really disappointed smh
the last episode had a test of suspense. why did they stop on season 1 (i mean cancel) it was an awesome show its just that not a lot of people knew about it…….season 2 would have spread the word
Have the people at the “CW ” lost there mines one of the longest running TV shows in US history StarTrek was almost canceled after the pilot but someone had the brains to not give up I think they are wanting a global smash hit from the beginning and that just doesn’t happen I hope they pull there heads out of there buts long enough to see how stupid they are and bring back Tomorrow People
Same old same old start a show becomes a great show then they kill it. Guess i have to get use to one hit wonders. Happens way to much. 🙂 hope they come to there sences and air a 2nd season of the tommorrow people. Super show. If not like i said another wonna of the CW one hit wonders
This so should not be cancelled if there is a petition out there I would love to sign it and hopefully cw gets smart and brings it back

Why did tomorrow people stop airing ? It’s so addicting and it ends leaving you clueless please bring it back on tv !!!

WHAT!!!! Cancelled, put it straight on Netflix. I’ve just watched season one over three days. Nobody wants to watch a series week by week anymore, we want to watch it all in one go….Bring it back you horrible TV people.
