The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Lets see… Stephen can not only stop time, he can also reverse it. Jed is up to his schemes, used his dead brothers DNA to formulate a serum that allowed him to restore Johns abilities, while brain washing him in the process… not to mention Jed now has abilities of his own. I just finished the season and I deffenitley want a second one! I mean there are so many open Questions like What are John and Jed up to? How will Cara react when Steven tells her that he stopped Time? And what about John and Astrid?
I need a second Season!
P.S.: I watched the 22 Episodes in like 2 or 3 Days, because it was so damn good.

I found this show on Netflix and finished all of season 1 over the weekend. This show is so good! I can’t believe it was cancelled!! The season finale left me with wanting so much more. Like what is the “new” john going to do to Cara? Stephen can turn back time? Come on, we need more!

I found the tomorrow people on the CW app, and watched one episode and stopped because I was currently watching the 100, arrow, the vampire diaries, the originals, and the flash. Here recently I looked the show up on Netflix and watched the rest of the season. I WANT ANOTHER SEASON! I love the tomorrow people!

The Tomorrow People was a GREAT show!! I was hooked after the first episode. They shouldn’t have canceled it. They need to make a second season.
The show should come back it sucks leaving viewers a cliff hanger and not continue the series. I loved the show and hope that someday it will come back. So many questions have been left unanswered. A main one being what will happen to John and will he ever return to the group.

So many questions left unsaid. He can reverse time now. John is brainwashed. Jedikiah discovers how to implant powers temporarily. Come on!!! CW please bing it back. Season one left us on the the top of a roller-coaster without the push to finish the ride.

Just watched the whole first season on Netflix in two days! This show needs a second season! Judging from other comments most of these other people have found this show through Netflix as well! If nothing else at least make it a Netflix only thing or SOMETHING. I think that if this show were given a second chance CW would find that it will have far more viewers than before!
