The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

As i tend to work alot i dont get to watch tv that often but i jave recently just got nextflix and have started to watch the tomorrow people and think its a really good programme but have just found out the bad news. I cant believe a programme this gpod has been cancelled! I think it should be given another chance and they might have a big surprise. I feel i have just wasted alot of my spare time (which i dont have much of) for no reason and i feel really let down.
there has to be season 2 because its my favorite show of all of them

If CW doesn’t stop canceling good series like the tomorrow people then the today people will stop watching anything the CW people air.
The shown was soooooo intenseeeee and yummy frrrrrrrrrr. OMG. really wanted to see if John would end up remembering everyone again and get back his memory… I’m sure lots of people would end up watching it over time. Ufff imagine if they bring it back in 2k15.

Myself and my daughter are fed up of watching things we get to really like then no second series it happened to avenue 666 didn’t have second series either it makes me not want to watch any more American series as they often just end without notice as did once upon a time which we loved then it got cancelled why do yous American producers do this its so annoying

Why do they keep doing this? First Alphas now the Tomorrow People. This was a great series and it certainly hadn’t run its course yet. Bring it back Netflix!!!

Please bring it back. The Tomorrow people are my life and they could add stuff like john realizing who he really is and Morgan and luca I thought he was breaking out.
I beg for another season. I’m from Spain and I just started watching the show today. I really like it as i found it innovative and catching. Please CW reconsider your decision!
