It’s nearly time to return to Hope Valley. Hallmark Channel has announced that When Calls the Heart will return on Sunday, February 23rd, at 8:00 PM.
The characters were last seen on Christmas for the When Calls the Heart: Home for Christmas movie. Compared to the previous season’s feature, it was down by 29% in the 18-49 demographic and down by 19% in overall viewers.

Buoyed by a legion of devoted fans, the Hearties, “When Calls the Heart” continues to grow in popularity and in the ratings.
In the Season Seven premiere, titled “A Moving Picture,” Lucas gives Elizabeth writing advice that causes her to search for new inspiration. Rosemary and Lee plan a vacation. Faith returns home with a dilemma that may force her to part ways from Carson. Gowen is interviewed for a business magazine.

We have watched past episodes on TV and DVR alike. We have watched and rewatched our favorite episodes. How can a TV show elicit the same emotional responses at the same exact spots from the first viewing to the present – years later?

Love the show, however I didn’t find it until last year. But no worries I own season 1 to 6 on DVDs. Just wish they had more then 6 episode a season.
I am a devoted fan of Hallmark and When Calls The Heart. I wish it could go on forever! I am still upset about Daniel Lissing leaving the show and Lori Loughlin getting fired, I miss them terribly:( I’m glad there are a lot of other main characters on the show though, and new ones coming on a bit at a time. I don’t think Elizabeth should marry Lucas or Nathan. It’s too soon and marrying another Mountie just looks like she loves Mounties. I love this show; however , I find bringing in the gallant Mountie and the suave Pub (saloon) owner silly. Is Elizabeth’s need to marry again that necessary? Can’t we focus on the other characters? And, why don’t the writers introduce new characters for several episodes to focus on our stars’ reactions to new situations, instead of applying a variation of the same storyline to each of the regular cast couples. That said, every actor on the show is superb, and I would love to see their acting talents stretched. I look forward to the new season!
I agree with you Jeanne, except just because Elizabeth has men interested in her doesn’t mean she’ll be getting married. I think we can see that she is still greving and isn’t ready for that type of relationship. Enjoy the show!

Please renew it. This has the potential of being the all time best long running series. We want good clean characters we can feel part of watching them grow together. You’ve captured something undescrible. It’s a chemistry thing even without Jack….whom I truly miss. I’m just a new comer to the harties craze. This past month I beng watched 5 seasons on Net Flix for the first time. It’s no surprise to me that this craze has evolved.
Where can one watch Season 6? We discovered this show a couple years ago on Netflix and watched seasons 1 thru 5. Fell in love with it. Cant find season six anywhere and now they’re going to start season seven on Hallmark. Why do they make it so difficult to find?
Lena. You can see Season 6 on Amazon Prime TV. I love this serie. You need to continue it, we can see Elizabeth marry Lucas and see Jack’s baby growing up being part of that beautiful examplary community of Hope Valley.

I really hope this serie continies. I miss Jack so much. Loved that couple but please if you are matching Elizabeth with another man it has to ne Lucas. I love the way he looks at her with such tenderness, love and admiration. He’s such interesting man lot more rhan the boring Nathan. Is she going to repeat the same romance with another mountie? It will be too boring. I believe. There was only one Jack. Is time for a change I believe.
