It’s official. Deadline reports the ABC TV show Whiskey Cavalier will not be returning for a second season after all.
The drama series centers on FBI Agent Will Chase (Scott Foley), codename: “Whiskey Cavalier” and CIA operative Frankie Trowbridge (Lauren Cohan), codename: “Fiery Tribune.” Although they start off as rivals, they’re soon assigned to a joint-agency task force to root out corruption and crime and save the world. The cast also includes Ana Ortiz, Tyler James Williams, Vir Das, and Josh Hopkins.
Last week, we reported that ABC was considering bringing Whiskey Cavalier back for a second season after cancelling it earlier this month. Now, it series creator David Hemingson has confirmed this will not be the case. Whiskey Cavalier will remain cancelled:

What do you think? Are you a fan of Whiskey Cavalier? Would you have watched a second season?
Crazy..it was a great show…with an ending like that & you decide to cancel.. SMH.. hoping another channel will pick it up !!
Whiskey Cavalier is a great show. Whenever I mentioned it the response was positive. Sad to think it’s not coming back.
This show was great and should have stayed on tv. I don’t understand why good shows get cancelled all too quickly?!?!
I enjoyed the show and would have watched season 2. It is a lot better than other shows ABC decided to renew!
I will watch anything with Scott Foley in it.
BUT…Lauren Cohan was not a good fit with him. She came across as a sarcasstic bully type of girl. Not very pretty at all. Change the female lead.
I love Whiskey Cavalier and would love to see a season two!
I loved that show! WHY are great shows cancelled and other crap gets season after season??!?!
Yes,I love this show. The actors and locations are fantastic. Hopefully Netflix will pick it up.
I love this show!! Dont cancel it please! It was one of my favorite new shows. Fun and different.
ABC made another big mistake. Cancelled a popular show.
Missing the boat. Great show that I’ll definitely miss on Wednesday night. Why cancel the good shows?
Scott Foley is great, but this show was horrible.
Will the show be shown on Netflix?
They always seem to cancel everything I like. And yet those stupid reality shows are still on
My family loved the show and want a new season. Too bad they didn’t ask enough people that really mattered.
