Life in Pieces is set to return to CBS this fall, and two big names are set to guest star on the comedy during season two, according to Deadline. Both Nick Offerman, from Parks & Recreation, and Megan Mullally, from Will & Grace, will appear on the series as a brother and sister duo. Mullally and Offerman are a couple in real life.
Deadline shared that the pair will play the parents of Clementine, who is played by Hunter King.
“Mullally’s character is Mary-Lynn, Clementine’s (King) free spirited, and very open minded mother. Her husband left her soon after Clementine was born, so she asked her brother to step in and be “Uncle Dad.” Mary-Lynn and Spencer (Offerman) are very supportive and caring parents to Clementine, but their relationship with each other is a little too close for comfort. In fact as adult siblings they share a bedroom with twin beds.”
Life in Pieces will return to CBS on October 27. Are you excited to see this pair on the comedy? Tell us what you think.
Can’t wait for the return. I think it is one of the best written sitcom in a long time. First time viewers need to tune in and be hooked.
