What’s your verdict on the first season of the Ambitions TV show on OWN? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Ambitions is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the Ambitions season one episodes here. *Status update below.
An OWN primetime soap opera from Jamey Giddens and Will Packer, Ambitions stars Robin Givens, Essence Atkins, Brian Bosworth, Deena Dill, Gino Anthony Pesi, Kayla Smith, Kendrick Cross, Brely Evans, Brian White, Matt Cedeño, and Erica Page. Unfolding in Atlanta, Georgia, the family drama delves into the ways sex, love, power, and politics play out in The ATL. The series centers on former college best friends Stephanie Lancaster (Givens) and Amara Hughes (Atkins), who are now high-powered attorneys at odds in both the personal and professional arenas of their lives.

I literally watched all 11 episodes in 1 day. SO glad I found it. Please renew for a new season. Storylines are great each character is amazing. Please renew

Already I am a huge fan of this new series Ambitions! I had to rewatch each episode on Demand — that’s how juicy it is! It takes me back to the days of the juicy soap opera / drama series of the 80’s/90’s, i.e., Dallas and Dynasty! Robin Givens is giving me life in her character role as “Stephanie Carlisle-Lancaster”! The rest of the cast is really entertaining and draws you in as a viewer. I thought the show was amazing. The plot was thick and juicy, with a star-studded cast. My favorite is Bella” Tru” , she is absolutely beautiful. I will be watching more of this.

OK… where do we start? The offensive near-nudity does nothing to forward the insipid plot-line and script. I’m surprised that Ms “O” would allow such vulgarity on her network, since she claims to be sooo spiritual. In an attempt to be relevant, he underlying social commentary is a re-hash of today’s headlines. Brutal in its nasty-ness, wooden acting, seriously flawed and morally bankrupt. Zero stars.
