TV show description:
This TV series provides a look into the lives of the everyday heroes who are committed to one of America’s noblest professions. For the firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51, no occupation is more stressful or dangerous, yet so rewarding and exhilarating. These courageous men and women are among the elite who forge headfirst into danger when everyone else is running the other way and whose actions make the difference between life and death.
The pressure to perform on such a high level has a way of taking a personal toll, sometimes putting team members from the Truck and the specially trained Rescue Squad at odds with each other. Despite any differences, this is an extended family, and when it’s “go time,” everyone inside Firehouse 51 knows no other way than to lay it all on the line for each other. When a tragedy claims one of their own, there’s plenty of guilt and blame to go around.
Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) is a strong, intuitive lieutenant who is in charge of the Truck. He’s still coming to grips with the loss of one of his men and, unbeknownst to his colleagues, is in the midst of a separation from Hallie (Teri Reeves), a hospital resident.
Matthew butts heads with brash Lieutenant Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) of the Rescue Squad. Each blames the other for their fallen team member.
Others in the firehouse include Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman’s fireman who is confronted by important personal decisions; paramedics Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) and Leslie Shay (Lauren German), who share a close bond and team together to face some of the most harrowing situations imaginable; Peter Mills (Charlie Barnett), an academy graduate who is the latest generation in a family of firefighters; and Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg), a seasoned veteran who loses his home to foreclosure and now must uproot his family to move in with his in-laws.

What do you think? Do you like the Chicago Fire TV series on NBC? Do you think it should be canceled or renewed for another season?
No, ChIcago Fire should not be cancelled,
Chicago Fire is one of the best shows on TV.
This the best show on TV Please don’t cancel. They portray real live situations and the respect I have the firemen & women & their EMT ‘s. Please do not cancel.
I watch very little TV because I find comedy show are not very funny and there is way too much violence in most show.
Chicago Fire does have some violence, but what little it has, works on the premise that fire-fighters are going to see some. It’s not like the murder and mayhem shows that permeate TV now. The story lines are very believable.
This is one TV program that I have watched from the very beginning, and would not like to see it cancelled.
No I been watching Chicago fire from the start my broher father and I are firefighters and our fire department does traning using clip from the show

Chicago Fire is one good show and one of my favorites!!! NBC has enough problems without meddling with the few great shows that they have. PLEASE do not cancel. Chicago Fire-Keep on Going!!!!!!!!!
Great Show, love to see it continue.
Chicago Fire is the only show I watch. I love the message it presents to us and the dedication/compassion that firefighters have for others. In January 2013, I experienced a serious fall, that hospitalized me for five weeks and more. I requested that I view Chicago Fire, while in the Emergency Room. The physicians granted me my request and they told me that show perked me up, that night. During the entire time of hospitalization, I was able to watch the show and the night shift nurses, often, viewed it with me….(See, I brought in a new audience..)…I have been… Read more »
It is one of my favorite shows, please don’t cancel it.
CF is my favorite show. I even tape and watch episodes over and over! A great job of writing to make each character stand out. I really hope this show is NOT going to be canceled!
My family watch & love this show. There are many shows that, in our opinions, could be canceled but this isn’t one of them.
LOVE THIS SHOW!! Don’t cancel!
Please don’t cancel this show! It’s one of our favorites and we so look forward to following the characters and their ups and downs in life.
I am from Elgin and I was displaced in this God Forsaken Place called Texas. Seeing Chicago Fire and Chicago PD. are the only ways I get to view the town I feel is, “My Town.” When watching the show, I don’t think about the sexual viewpoints that the Actors and Actresses are playing. The intense drama scenes are the best part of the show. I am always sitting on the edge of my chair. I also learning at least one something new with every show. Please do what you can to save Chicago Fire. Thank you!!!!
Please keep this show its one of my favorites.
PLEASE do not cancel this show. I have watching this since it has been aired. It is very different and excellant. I look forward every Tuesday at 10pm when it comes on. It is like watching NCIS on tuesday for me. The Actors and Actress are great I used to live in chicago a long time ago. SO PLEASE DO NOT END THIS SHOW. Thank You.
