Another television series has crossed over to the great beyond. The Crossing TV show on ABC has been cancelled after one season. The thriller, which made its debut on April 3rd, premiered with low ratings, and things only got worse from there.
An ABC sci-fi drama, The Crossing stars Steve Zahn, Natalie Martinez, Sandrine Holt, Georgina Haig, Tommy Bastow, Rob Campbell, Rick Gomez, Marcuis W. Harris, Grant Harvey, Jay Karnes, Simone Kessell, Kelley Missal, Luc Roderique, and Bailey Skodje, with Luke Camilleri recurring. The story unfolds in the small Oregon fishing town of Port Canaan, when 47 evacuees from a war-torn country wash up on the shore. The newcomers aren’t just any refugees seeking asylum — they’re Americans from 180 years in the future.

È un peccato non fare la seconda stagione, ho visto finire la prima proprio oggi è stata bellissima, ci sono ancora tanti interrogativi ma la storia è bella e avvincente; sulle pagine tv abbiamo tanta scelta ma di poche serie TV ti mangi 11 puntate tutte d’un fiato. Purtroppo oggi si guarda solo agli ascolti è un peccato crescere in una società che preferisce un reality ha qualcosa di molto più avvincente della banale realtà
It was BRILLIANT we just watched the first season in back to back episodes. Madness not to renew. This just got better and better. What a shame
Very odd they didn’t continue this series. I thought it was pretty good compared to a lot of other stuff out there.
I liked watching the serie vers much. I’m really sad to hear that season 2 is cancelled.
Yes we sod watch another season. Why do a few gst to determine the fate of show that many like? It was different. Love the duty.
The Crossing was a unique blend of sci-fi and drama. A stellar cast, with many twists and turns. The ‘time slot’ was all wrong, when there are so many absolutely dreadful reality shows and mindless game shows, and dead pan comedy shows with canned laughter. This was such a step ahead. Would have liked to have seen at least a second season!
Give us more, what a shame to loose a quality show like this, typical ABC. Everyone’s loss.
Yet another premature cancellation. Too many shows get cancelled before people have a chance to find them. Because the networks lump all their best shows on the same night to compete with other fine shows, it’s not surprising that so many fail. Sure would have liked to see another season of the Crossing!
