Another television series has crossed over to the great beyond. The Crossing TV show on ABC has been cancelled after one season. The thriller, which made its debut on April 3rd, premiered with low ratings, and things only got worse from there.
An ABC sci-fi drama, The Crossing stars Steve Zahn, Natalie Martinez, Sandrine Holt, Georgina Haig, Tommy Bastow, Rob Campbell, Rick Gomez, Marcuis W. Harris, Grant Harvey, Jay Karnes, Simone Kessell, Kelley Missal, Luc Roderique, and Bailey Skodje, with Luke Camilleri recurring. The story unfolds in the small Oregon fishing town of Port Canaan, when 47 evacuees from a war-torn country wash up on the shore. The newcomers aren’t just any refugees seeking asylum — they’re Americans from 180 years in the future.

I have enjoyed the Crossing. Steve Zahn is great. The premise is intriguing. It just needed more time to develop. Why spend any time on new shows when you keep yanking them?

It seems that people only want to watch non–fiction stuff like Bachelor, Survivor, The Voice, and the like… Though some of those shows are enjoyable, when I watch TV I want to go with fiction and suspense. Crossing is a really good show! I do hope Netflix picks it up!

I just watched the finale which was recorded on my DVR. It wrapped things up fairly well, but there are still a lot of unanswered questions especially with what Naomi knows about Ellis. This really should get a season 2, but considering its serial nature, it would probably do much better if Netflix picks it up.
ABC should return with season 2. This is a good show and it keeps you wanting more.

The crossing is well Worth a season 2. Well written with excellently set up plot lines for another series. Great show. Enjoyed every minute of season 1.

The Crossing is and will be a good serious. Give it a chance please, thanks. Dont judge the show. Have good actors, and the producers left a good cliff hanger. Rethink and give the show another season……..
