How enchanted are you by the first season of the Deception TV show on ABC? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Deception is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the Deception season one episodes here.
An ABC crime drama from creator Chris Fedaki, Deception stars Jack Cutmore-Scott as illusionist Cameron Black, with Ilfenesh Hadera, Lenora Crichlow, Amaury Nolasco, Justin Chon, Laila Robins, and Vinnie Jones. With big shows in Vegas and New York, Cameron is rocketing to the top, when scandal derails his show and his twin’s life. While watching the news, he realizes that the FBI has been deceived by an illusionist, who has stolen one of his signature moves. Now, this magician is using his tradecraft to help the Feds apprehend some of the most elusive criminals in the world and hopes to prove his brother, Jonathan (Cutmore-Scott), is an innocent man.

5/11/18 update: ABC has cancelled the Deception TV show so there won’t be a second season. Details here.
please renew it
This was a refreshing new show with a great cast that should not have been cancelled. There are several others that I would be glad to replace with this. Come on ABC give it another chance.
Please keep the show ‘Deception’ and Do Not Cancel them! Many people Love ‘Deception’. The story lines are great and original. All of the cast of characters are fantastic! Please Do Not Cancel them! Thank you.
Like the show. See that it has been cancelled. Mistake! It’s clever and entertaining. Be gone with reality shows!
It’s a shame ABC cancelled this show. I found it very entertaining. Loved the magic tricks.
I love watching this show and was saddened to hear it will not be renewed. What a huge mistake! This was the only show worth watching on Sunday nights. Instead of canceling, why not put it on a different night/time slot? Such a shame.
My husband and I found Deception to be one of the few TV shows of this season we enjoyed watching. The characters were engaging, the plots imaginative and captivating. Big mistake to cancel this show!
Deception is one of the best written and acted TV shows in years! We love every episode and look forward to the next one. Big mistake to cancel a show this good. Needs a better night and time, plus some publicity if it’s numbers aren’t high enough.
Deception is one of the shows thT let’s the family get together and watch a show that is funny and leaves you guessing. Nice change from all the “reality tv” none sense. ABC needs to give it chance. There have been many shows that started off week that ended up becoming some of the greatest. ABC should allow the chance for a second season or at the very least allow the writers to close this properly for then fans that have given the time to the network.
I liked the show, characters and stories. It is a nice break from some of the heavier dramas on tv. It needs to be on a night when Madam Secretary and Timeless aren’t on. It is hard for a new show to compete against shows that people know but I for one enjoyed this show.
Please keep Deception on the air!!! It is so refreshing and fun. I want it renewed for several seasons to come. PLEASE
Save this show please! It is not a FAKE Reality Show! Very Charming and I LOVE the characters.
#SAVEDECEPTION this show is so”magic” in every sense.
Don’t cancel Deception! It’s one of the best new shows on the air!
Leave it alone! Don’t cancel this show!
It is a great show with a great and interesting plot.
We need intrigue. It has a great cast. I love it. Keep it. Do not cancel it. If the networks don’t stop killing good shows like this off, I will have to go back to reading for pleasure and see how much ad-revenue the networks get from that. None because I read real books, not electronic books.
