The game is over. Deadline reports NBC has cancelled their new drama Game of Silence during its first season.
The series revolves around five childhood friends who have kept a dark secret for 25 years. The cast includes David Lyons, Michael Raymond-James, Larenz Tate, Bre Blair, Claire van der Boom, Deidrie Henry, Conor O’Farrell, and Demetrius Grosse.
Only six episodes into its run, Game of Silence has received steady-but-low ratings, earning an average of .81 in the 18-49 demo and 3.898 million viewers.
NBC has also cancelled the freshman medical drama Heartbeat and the Eva Longoria comedy Telenovela.

I went online to find out when the second season will start, to find out that it is cancelled. This show was great. The storyline was AWESOME!! Kept me wanting more. Maybe you should change the time. All the cast was GREAT!! I need to know what is going to happen to Ray Carroll , Terry , did Marina really die? Come on, PLEASE RENEW FOR SEASON 2.
I know I did the same thing went on line to find out it was cancelled. I was so upset, plus the way they left it. I thought NBC was better then that .I guess they aren’t!
I personally do not believe Marina is dead. We MUST HAVE season 2 to carry on. Keep the writing on a higher level; this does not have to be a sleep-a-thon to keep bright people interested.
This show was unique in its kind. It shows how youngsters can be abused and ill treated by others when they have no protection. This is nowadays real life.

As usual, cancelled a show with no clear ending, never gave it a chance, so sick of reality tv thinking about getting rid if regular tv and spending my money on something else.
