Happy’s Place has changed casting before a character’s arrival on the NBC series. Emma Kenney (The Conners, above) is joining the series as the daughter of Reba McEntire’s character, Bobbie. She is replacing the previously cast Elizabeth Alderfer.
McEntire, Belissa Escobedo, Melissa Peterman, Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk, and Rex Linn star in the sitcom, which follows a woman (McEntire) who has inherited her father’s bar after his death only to learn she is now running it with a half-sister (Escobedo) she never knew she had.
Gracie McAllister (Kenney) will first be seen in the January 10th episode of the NBC sitcom, according to TV Line. Her character is tough (like her mother), serving in the military, and has been deployed overseas. She has just gone on leave and is returning home to Knoxville to visit her mother.
Happy’s Place airs on Friday nights on NBC. The series returns from a holiday hiatus on January 3rd.

Disappointed with the show, it’s trying too hard to be like the original Reba. I give it one more season.
i like reba and melissa. thought the cast of reba firat show was great.. something is missing in this cast. loved the funny lines, the personalities abe thr interaction between the Reba cast. not there in this series. i never missed an episode of thr old Reba show
I Love Happy’s Place! One of the things I love besides the amazing cast is at the end of the episode. It always has so much heart to it.
I don’t care for Belissa Escobedo. She is not a good actress. I feel like Reba and Melissa out shines her. She is not very funny it feels like she is straining trying to be funny.

I love Happy’s Place! The cast has great chemistry, and I think it’s just going to get better. I just love Reba, and Melissa Peterson is really funny. I loved her as Brenda Sparks on Young Sheldon, and as Reba’s sister in The Hammer.
I watched a couple of times and decided not to watch any more. All the yelling wasn’t good.
I love the show. Reba and Melissa Peterman are naturals together. Rex Linn adds the wry dry humor that lifts the show. But the girl who plays the sister is going to be what kills the show if anything does. She’s not a good actor and comes off as trying too hard all the time.

Yes I really love Reba and Melissa peterman together! Their is something about those 2 that seem so natural acting together. Loved them both in “REBA”. YES IM HOPING IT PICKS UP A CPL MORE SEASONS!
The sitcom leftovers from Younge sheldon. Annoying. Needs meemaw.
She was so irritating on the Conners I don’t think I can take much more of her
Love Reba, it’s the only reason I watch the show. Her sister is annoying and doesn’t add anything to the plot.
