Don’t spend time worrying that the Killing Eve TV show will be cancelled by BBC America too soon. The cable network already renewed it for a second season, prior to the TV series’ premiere. Still, the ratings in this first season will influence whether Killing Eve is cancelled or renewed beyond season two, so stay tuned.
A BBC America thriller, based on Luke Jennings’ Villanelle novel series, Killing Eve stars Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer, Fiona Shaw, Kirby Howell- Baptiste, Kim Bodnia, David Haig, Darren Boyd, Sean Delaney, and Owen McDonnell. The story centers on MI5 security officer Eve Polastri (Oh) and Villanelle (Comer), a capricious yet capable killer. Essentially a desk jockey, Eve yearns for the more challenging life of a spy. After she starts tracking a new, female assassin, their paths cross, and a game of cat-and-mouse ensues.
Below are the show’s TV ratings, typically the best way to tell if the series will be cancelled or renewed. In this case, the show’s UK ratings may have a greater impact on the series’ future. These figures will be updated as the weeks progress.

What do you think? Do you enjoy the Killing Eve TV series? Should this BBC America TV show be cancelled or renewed beyond season two?
Very pleased to see show has been renewed. Jodie Comer is an underappreciated gem. Oh received all the accolades, but I found her performance to be annoyingly one-note.
