An NBC crime thriller series, Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector stars Russell Hornsby, Arielle Kebbel, Brían F. O’Byrne, Tate Ellington, Courtney Grosbeck, Ramses Jimenez, Brooke Lyons, Roslyn Ruff, and Michael Imperioli. “The Bone Collector”, an enigmatic and notorious serial killer, terrified New York City. But then, he seemingly disappeared. Now, three years later, when an elaborate murder points to his return, it brings former NYPD detective and forensic genius Lincoln Rhyme (Hornsby) out of retirement and back into the fold. Rhyme has a personal connection to the case since a trap that was set by the killer left him paralyzed. But this time, Rhyme is teaming up with Amelia Sachs (Kebbel), an intuitive young officer who’s got her own gift for profiling. The unlikely detective duo plays a deadly new game of cat and mouse with the brilliant psychopath who brought them together.

The Bone Collector is an exciting , well written , brilliantly executed procedural. The characters are well developed and makes the viewer respect and care about them as individuals and as a team. I guarantee it’s ratings will be congruent with it’s excellence if you give it a better time spot . It will be great wherever you put it if you give it time to gather it’s cult following but I am asking you give it a boost by giving a better night to view on. Good show – hope it stays. Not crazy with first episode, but he’s getting more like the movie character – not so much attitude. Give it a chance!

Slow to start but it’s picking up. I will continue to watch.

I’m not going to continue watching this show , it gets very boring week after week chasing the same serial killer . I’ll watch the episode where they actually catch “ The Bone Collector! Yawn
I LOVED Mr. Hornsby in Grimm but it’s GREAT to see him as the primary character and to see how being that character changes who he is. This is a dark but amazing show much like Grimm was without having to rely on a lot of FX. His acting is superb.
I love the books and really love the show. I hope it gets a chance to stay. NBC puts out a lot of great shows that go away so quickly. Dont let this one go away too.

Really enjoyed this show. Had a fast paced plot with interesting characters. Don’t know why they put it on Friday. The show is much better than some of the sappy stuff NBC has on Tuesdays.
