The date has finally been set. Deadline reports Hulu’s new TV show Looking for Alaska will debut in October.

Based on the John Green novel, the drama series “told through the eyes of teenager Miles “Pudge” Halter (Charlie Plummer), as he enrolls in boarding school to try to gain a deeper perspective on life. He falls in love with Alaska Young (Kristine Froseth), and finds a group of loyal friends. But after an unexpected tragedy, Miles and his friends attempt to make sense of what they’ve been through.”

Looking for Alaska is set to premiere on Hulu on Friday, October 18th. Additionally, the streaming service just announced Rachel Matthews and Henry Zaga have joined the cast as Fiona and Jake, respectively.
