Manifest is ready for its second season. NBC released a sneak peek for season two of the series at New York Comic Con over the weekend. The drama will return this spring.
Manifest tells the story of the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828. They took off from their vacation spot, but their plane did not land until five years later. During that time, the passengers were presumed dead, and their loved ones moved on with their lives. The mystery of where they were during that time fuels the series. The cast includes Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, and Parveen Kaur.
Season one of the NBC series averaged a 1.25 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 6.48 million viewers. It was a big hit with fans. Season one wrapped back in February, and a season two renewal was announced in April.
A premiere date for Manifest season two was not revealed. Check out the sneak peek below.

love this show, wish season 2 was coming sooner!
Mesmerizing….keep it up….excellent side bar stories along with the main theme. Keep it within feasible reality….like the UFO mysteries, people want to believe in the reality unless proven otherwise, so the show has to produce believeability. Do that and it will be a winner for a long, long time.

Got introduced to the show by my hubbie. Didn’t like it at first, however really got into the conspiracy and loved the character development!
This show is like a breath of fresh air featuring a crew of characters each as troubled as just about any other human walking the planet. They survive in some sort of time warp vortex where they remain for five years. Back in ‘the real world’ they are deemed dead and their loved ones move on only to have them all returned aboard the same flight without any knowledge of how long they’ve been gone or where they’ve been. I love Manifest! It should have come back in Sept. like all the other Dramas. Now be have to wait until Spring. I am also mad that we are getting 3 less episodes then we got last season. It is so unfair. I am happy the show was renewed don’t get me wrong. It is a really great show & did good in the ratings. I cannot wait to see it!!

Yes. Why is it taking so long? I couldn’t wait for it to come on when it aired. I almost gave up.

I think you are in the minority on this show… high ratings in its 1st season~ super successful… not sure how you rate your TV shows but this one is great & the best thing is, if you don’t like the show, you don’t have to watch it… I will admit I’ve never liked sci-fi, conspiracy theory anything, so I didn’t think I’d like this show, BUT… they had me @ episode #1.
