For the first time, CBS has scheduled NCIS: Los Angeles on Monday nights — without strong lead-in NCIS and opposite The Blacklist and Castle. The show’s ratings declined last season. Will they fall further or miraculously start to grow? Cancelled or renewed for a seventh season? Stay tuned.
Based in the City of Angels, NCIS: Los Angeles follows the members of an elite division of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), one that specializes in undercover assignments. This drama stars Chris O’Donnell, LL Cool J, Linda Hunt, Daniela Ruah, Eric Christian Olsen, Barrett Foa, Renée Felice Smith, and Miguel Ferrer.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
5/12 update: CBS has renewed NCIS: Los Angeles for a seventh season.
Final season averages: 1.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 9.28 million total viewers.

Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.
For comparisons: The fifth season of NCIS: Los Angeles averaged a 2.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 14.84 million total viewers.
Note: Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you still like the NCIS: Los Angeles TV show? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a seventh season?
Renew…..great show
Please renew this great show!
Please renew the show! Out of all the NCIS shows, the LA one is my favorite. It seems it’s not on as often as it used to be. That might be why its ratings are down; people are tuning out because it’s not on every week. If I wasn’t as dedicated to the show, I would’ve stopped watching it in December. I used to watch Scorpion, but now I no longer watch it because it’s hardly ever on. The New Orleans one just isn’t as good as the LA and the original ones are. That’s just my opinion.
Great show with a super cast. It must be renewed.
RENEW!!!! I love the cast and their chemistry!!!! NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles are my favorite shows!!!!!!!

NCISLA needs to be renewed
This has to be renewed . It’s a great series with something for everyone the actors rapport with one another makes for the enjoyment of the programme, personally I think the series was thrown under the bus a little by CBS so that the new NCIS New Orleans could ride on its already successful coat tails by taking their time slot. WE WANT MORE NCIS LOS ANGELES!!!!!!
RENEW IT
I want it renewed!! I love this show!! This one and the original ncis are the only 2 good ones
I’ve never been able to get behind the characters of this show. In all fairness, though, I stopped watching back in season 2. To me they were just a rehash of NCIS. Perhaps that’s changed now, but NCIS New Orleans I stopped watching around episode 10. It just seems extremely implausible for that group to solve anything, and I just have no love for the characters. However, what I see happening is the same thing that happened to The Mentalist. They will take a great show, put it in a ridiculously horrible time slot and call it over with.
