What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, the neXt TV show stars John Slattery, Elizabeth Cappuccino, Jason Butler Harner, Fernanda Andrade, Eve Harlow, Aaron Moten, Michael Mosley, Evan Whitten, and Gerardo Celasco. The story revolves around Silicon Valley pioneer Paul LeBlanc (Slattery) who built a fortune and his legacy on his world-changing innovations. After discovering that one of his own creations — a powerful artificial intelligence called “neXt” — might spell doom for humankind, Paul tried to shutter the project, only to be kicked out of the company by his own brother (Harner). When a series of unsettling tech mishaps points to a potential worldwide crisis, LeBlanc joins forces with Special Agent Shea Salazar (Andrade) and her unique and talented team. Now, they are the only ones standing in the way of a potential global catastrophe, fighting an emergent superintelligence that will deploy the immense knowledge it has gleaned from the data all around us to recruit allies, turn people against each other, and eliminate obstacles to its own survival and growth

I am upset!! This was is a good show. I am not quick to dive into and commit to a new series but this one had me. I dont think you gave it enough time to catch on!!
My whole family has loved watching next each week and are sad that it won’t get a chance to continue. We hope it can come back soon!!

I’m SO upset Next is cancelled! It was a nail biting, sit on the edge of your seat, anxiously waiting all week for the next one, lights off NO TALKING kind of show. Like, what the heck?! P
NeXt is one of the best sci-fi shows ever (well researched and mostly plausible, though it took a couple of liberties to make the AI’s attention on devices more noticeable to viewers). I really hope some channel or platform picks it up and continues development!

Finally a good show I looked forward to watching and now it’s cancelled. I sure wish they would reconsider and make season 2

So they cancel a show that requires thought, critical thinking, imagination and some actual brain cells to understand…surprise…surprise. To replace it with simple minded, brain cell deleting shows after only two episodes? So over it? I wish the way shows were selected was different and not done by executives and view rates but by actually viewer votes. They are sooo many shows that the public would have totally voted out! #bringnextback #movenexttonetflix

I wasn’t a fan of a few of the characters and after three or four episodes I figured I wasn’t alone in my view. I kept watching it, but I had a gut feeling that this shows days were numbered from the get go. I liked the show, but it featured some of the weakest FBI types to ever hit the small screen.
