This is happening. Today, Comedy Central announced they’ve renewed This Is Not Happening for a third season.

The network has also renewed several other series, including Review and Tosh.0.

Hosted by Ari Shaffir, This Is Not Happening features comedians telling true and often humiliating stories in front of a live audience. The TV show has previously featured Jim Breuer, Iliza Shlesinger, and Marc Maron.

Season two is currently airing.

“This Is Not Happening” – renewed for a third season, the stand-up series features host Ari Shaffir and his comedian friends telling hilarious and true stories in front of a live audience at Cheetahs in Hollywood. The second season of “This Is Not Happening”, currently airing Tuesdays at 12:30 a.m., is executive produced by Ari Shaffir, Jeff Tomsic, who directs, Eric Abrams, who also serves as showrunner, and Avalon’s Sam Saifer, and features stories from Jim Breuer, Moshe Kasher, Kyle Kinane, Artie Lange, Al Madrigal, Kurt Metzger, Henry Rollins, Nick Swardson, Ron White, among others, reliving their favorite, most embarrassing, or just plain funniest true-life tales around topics including Crime, Romance, Disaster, Nostalgia and Karma. “This Is Not Happening” originally debuted as a digital series on cc.com which continues to feature exclusive digital stories throughout the run of new episodes.
