There will be lots more drama at a certain Baptist church in a small-ish Georgia town. Bounce TV has renewed the Saints & Sinners TV show for a fifth season. In addition, the cable channel has ordered a standalone movie.
Set against the backdrop of a large southern church, Saints & Sinners centers around the pursuit of power, intertwined with greed, deception, corruption, compromising sexual affairs, and murder. The dramatic series stars Vanessa Bell Calloway, Clifton Powell, Tray Chaney, Keith Robinson, J.D. Williams, Donna Biscoe, Jasmine Burke, Dawn Halfkenny, and Karon Joseph Riley.
Bounce announced the fifth season renewal earlier today and noted that it would debut sometime in Spring 2021. All previous seasons have had eight episodes apiece and season four finished airing in August 2019. In season five, viewers will find Mayor Ella Johnson (Calloway) bracing for the ride of her life when a father comes to town seeking revenge for his son’s murder. A long-kept secret will be revealed that threatens to take down the entire town.
Before season five begins, the cable channel plans to air a standalone movie. That will be released in the first quarter of 2021. No further details have been announced thus far.

They need to put Saints and Sinners on in the morning with soap operas I’m quite sure Saints and Sinners will blow them out the water this show to me it’s better than Green Leaf
I didn’t know last Sunday was the last time I would see Saints And Sinners before 2021. I’m disappointed. Grenelefe was pretty interesting. I’m hoping that Bounce will put SAS on dvd. Guess I’ll be spending my Sunday nights watching dvd’s or doing something else until next year. I knew I wasn’t gonna see SAS tonight when I saw that Jumping The Broom waa airing for 2 hours. By the way Bounce producers. I think it would be interesting that when the time comes to bring an end to the Saints And Sinners series. We will see the characters transforming from sinners into Saints. We could still have the unexpected, non-stop drama with a different twist.

This is an exciting soap Opera YOU GUYS MAKE YOUR FANS WAIT ALMOST 18 MOS MORE LESS 2YRS FOR BE ONLY 8 EPISODES REALLY THATS UNFAIR THEN THERE’S TOO MANY COMMERCIALS THERE MORE OF THAT THAN THE SHOW ITSELF IM TIRED OF WAITING
I want every season of this show on DVD! I missed some stuff when I fell asleep during the commercials. This Jumping The Broom movie on tonight is pretty interesting movie.
This show he is worthy of being called a soap opera it’s up there with Young and the Restless
We been n the dark, entirely too long..What is the hold-up?? Please do not tell me all this time we been waiting, almost 2yrs just to c 8 episodes..We as fans need more than 8 episodes..Y’all owe it to us, to give us more..Especially cuz we been waiting, for such a long time….

I am so happy that SAS has been renewed! Greenleaf is no replacement for SAS and I will not be watching it. I’ll wait until SAS is back in 2021.

I love the TV series Saints & Sinners. I cant wait to see the new season start up. I watch the reruns on Bounce TV network. I noticed that Christen Keys was not in the new episode line up. Was Levi character stopped? Will the Bounce network pick up any more canceled black entertainment canceled tv show’s? Like What Love Got To Do With It, Queen Sugar, Star, and Empire just to name a few. I saw the announcement Bounce has Greenleaf on the fall lineup. D. J. Tillie

Cannot wait…Been hopin and wishin it come back. So many times we have great shows that are great TV drama watchin with great writin,producin,action and all black cast. That viewers fall in love with and the show gets cancelled. I am over the moon!!!!
