FOX’s new series Star just finished its first season earlier this month, but what about season two? The network has already renewed the Lee Daniels show for another season. What do you think? Will you watch season two?
The drama follows three talented singers as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success. The cast includes Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, and Brittany O’Grady.
For a new show, Star didn’t receive stellar ratings. After a very good start, the show’s numbers started to fall very quickly and the season finale drew about half as many viewers as the premiere.
Season one averaged a 1.34 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 4.22 million viewers. Nevertheless, FOX renewed the series for a second season. Clearly, some viewers have lost interest. Are you one of them?

The only thing they did right with this show was hiring the “Queen” it was a sorry excuse for entertainment #Rachel dolezal
I’m so ready for season 2. I absolutely love the show and the roles of the characters, in some instances I can relate to the harsh realities of trying to make it big. Please don’t take the show off the air. I NEED MORE SEASONS lol no but seriously. Lee Daniels keep up the good work!!!!
