Things don’t look good for Ten Days in the Valley. Deadline reports ABC has pulled the freshman TV show from its Sunday-night timeslot.
The mystery drama centers on Jane Sadler (Kyra Sedgwick), a television producer whose daughter disappears in the middle of the night. The cast also includes Kick Gurry, Erika Christensen, Josh Randall, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Felix Solis, Francois Battiste, Abigail Pniowsky, Ali Liebert, and Marisol Ramirez.
Effective immediately, Ten Days in the Valley will no longer air on ABC on Sunday nights as it has been for the past four weeks. Instead, the show will take a break and return on Saturday, December 16th, at 9 p.m. ET/PT with back-to-back new episodes.
The schedule shift suggests ABC is leaning towards cancelling the low-rated series. Currently, Ten Days in the Valley is averaging a .44 in the 18-49 demo and only 2.714 million viewers, making it the network’s lowest-rated series for the 2017-2018 season so far.

I love the show and everytime I get interested in a show it always gets cancelled
I can’t believe that ABC is canceling another good show. Please do not cancel 10 days in the Valley it is a great mystery and all my friends watch it and wondering who has kidnapped her daughter. I don’t understand why ABC doesn’t give a new show a chance.
Please don’t cancel this show! Great actors and good story line. Needs to be shown mid week. Definitely not week-end fare.( family shows and sports) Deserves a second chance!!

I enjoy the show, and it’s actors. It is not blood and guts, it’s not a reality show , thank goodness; and it has nothing to do with politics; Hallelujah!!!
Do not cancel!!!! We want to fine out if she finds her daugher. It is a good show with good actors and I look forward to seeing it every Sunday.

Why is it that good shows are being cancelled like this one and is being replaced by reality shows that are a dime a dozen?
This is a good show with potential. Why not give it more time to develop a following? Switching days is NOT good!

Yep. I liked the show. Disappointed that cancellation could be on horizon. I’d like to see it continued. Regardless, I’ll watch.
Love the show. Sorry to see it will not get another season. Way too long in-between episodes! If already no additional season why bother to watch?
Its good that they are going to at least finish the show…was pretty sure they would since it was only a 10 week event. I like the show, though I think they revealed the whodunnit WAY to early. Ill try episode 5 when it returns in Dec, but if it has lost its suspense then I will likely drop it after that.
