What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, The Catch stars Mireille Enos, Peter Krause, Jay Hayden, Jacky Ido, Rose Rollins, Sonya Walger, Elvy Yost, and John Simm. Gina Torres and T.R. Knight recur in the second installment. The ABC TV series features a game of cat and mouse between private investigator Alice Vaughan (Enos) and the man she loves, elusive con artist Benjamin Jones (Krause). At the beginning of the second season, Ben has repented for betraying Alice by turning himself into the Feds, to save her from wrongful imprisonment. Now locked up, he has time to reflect on his transgressions. Meanwhile, the team at Anderson Vaughan Investigations grapples with working with villains. How will Alice and Ben game the system — and each other — to stay together and overcome their dicey histories?
Season Two Ratings

Season two premiered disappointing ratings. Though it is still too early to assess if The Catch TV show will be cancelled or renewed for season three on ABC, the show’s chances don’t look good. DO NOT CANCEL!!!!!! IT IS GETTING SO GOOD AND CAN GO IN SO MANY DIRECTIONS WITH ALL THE NEW CHARACTERS JUST INTRODUCED! I will be so so so sad to see it end.

This is my favorite show- I am going to stop watching ABC – they get great shows and then don’t give them a chance! Really disappointed!! Netflix here I come.
Typical ABC stupidity.
Any show with a decent story line and cast gets cancelled.
And as usual, they could care less about their audience.
The least the could (and should do) is provide a 2 hour series finale that closes the show out.
But they could care less about their viewers.
Yes Exactly. All they care about is their greed – how much money they can make off a show. Millions watch the show, probably millions more on streaming & DVR, but they don’t care about them. They don’t care about all the excellent actors, writers, etc either.
Cold selfish ******** at the Networks.
Would loveeeee to see what happens next on the catch- does Ben get Ryse? Is Sophie ok ? Is Alice’s brother really done? What happened with Margo’s mother ? And ultimately does Alice get to be with Ben? Danny with Margo?
I’m really angry that the networks cancel good shows for stupid scripted comedies that make us all look stupid. The Catch was on against strong heavy hitters and never stood a chance. I love the show! Good thing the only ABC shows I watch are the Thursday night ones. It will be easier to knock that network out when those other shows end, I’m that angry!
