Airing on the FOX television network, The Cool Kids stars David Alan Grier, Martin Mull, Vicki Lawrence, and Leslie Jordan. The TV show revolves around a loyal but motley crew who live at a retirement community and will break any rule to have fun. Though they may be older, this quartet is far from done with life. The self-proclaimed “cool kids” are determined to make the third act of their lives the craziest and most interesting one yet.
The first season of The Cool Kids on FOX is averaging a 0.85 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 4.27 million viewers.
Compared to the other FOX TV shows of the 2018-19 season, the sitcom is a middle-of-the-road performer. The series started out really strong but the ratings lost steam as the season progressed.

I love the show! I watch it all the time and look forward to it coming on! I think the reason the ratings went down was the time slot they put it in. It is a different kind of show full of fun and laughter!
I wish that another station would pick this show up. Last Man Standing and The Cool Kids and not to mention Lethal Weapon are 3 hits that Fox put into place this pass season. I wish stations would realize that we have enough Reality Shows on television. Most of us are living one. Please reconsider. The first 2 shows are just good cleaning entertaining. Lethal Weapon is an exciting police show. Just what is needed on television.
Please don’t cancel this show. I know you guys and some viewers are homophobic and racist but the show is really funny and the viewers need some thing to laugh about. Maybe NBC will pick up cool kids like Brooklyn 99.
Sorry to see this show cancelled, another reason to cut cable and switch to Netflix and other places to watch. I really wonder who the powers that be are to cancel the shows that are actually enjoyable to watch.

Well, since Fox pretty canceled the only 2 shows I watched on there, I guess I’ll be watching shows on other networks.
Please keep the Cool Kids on tv., Thats my familys favorite show, we look forward to it each week.

This was the best show. I’m 39 and watch this show. Vicky Lawrence is hilarious as well as the rest of the cast.
Please please don’t cancel Cool Kids!! It is my favorite sitcom!! I have told several friends abiut it and now they watch it too. I believe that if you advertise it that it will become one of your top shows. People our age need shows like this!!! Please please please
