The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

This is crazy, I just found the show on Netflix and can’t watch anymore. This is a great show.
Please I spent the last two day just watching this show and now I find that this is the end. Do t do this please I love this show I do t want to see it end.
This is honestly one of the best shows I’ve watched. It needs to be un-cancelled, And needs to be getting preped for season 2. How could you just leave the suspense for the next season and not go through with it? What a Damn shame.
Please put the tomorrow people back on. It was the best show in the world. It made me so happy to watch it. Please put it back on.. That’s Alll I ask
I saw this show on Netflix and I love The Tomorrow People, I couldn’t wait to see the next season, then I found out that it was cancelled. Please put it back on.
I recently discovered The Tomorrow People and was hooked immediately. After the last show I went online to see when the next season would start. Much to my surprise, CW cancelled it.
The intensity and progression of each episode I thought would have caused the show to continue. I hope more people catch on and therefore changing the mind of the creators.
Tomorrow people was excellent, would have given it more than five stars is they were available. If I were the network I would consider bringing it back on.
WHY DID U CANCEL THE SECOND SEASON OF THE TOMORROW PEOPLE. U CAN JUST END THE SHOW WITH A CLIFFHANGER LIKE THAT. ITS NOT FAIR TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO WATCH THIS SHOW. IVE SEEN A LOT OF GOOD SHOWS BUT THIS WAS THE BEST. UNBELIEVABLE. BRING IT BACK.
I think canceling this show was a really bad choice this is one of the most interesting shows I have watched in a long time and seeing that season 2 was cancelled makes me and I am sure many others very upset.. this show should be brought back
Why did you guys cancel The Tomorrow People? I started to see this series on Netflix and of course every season has its end. I started to wonder when the next season would come out. I can’t believe it’s been cancelled. I loved it so much I watched the entire first season in less than 2 days. I hate when they do that. And that’s why I don’t watch cable. 29 of my friends and family members cancelled there cable because of the same thing. And trust me there will be more.
This is so wrong why can’t we decide whether a show should be deleted or canceled.

Why would you guys cancel The Tomorrow People?! It’s one of the best shows that I have seen! I recently discovered this show on NetFlix and had been hooked on watching it, but I finished watching Season 1. And now I come to discover that it has been canceled? Put the show back on! Please! This show is different from every other show that I have seen. It’s unique!
