The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Stupid usa, if a show dont work on your country, it do not meen it will be the same around the word. Sell the right if you dont whant make money with this huge potential serie.

This show should have never been canceled. But it doesn’t surprise me, because everything time there is a good show on, you guys have to go and cancel on us.
PlEASE bring back the tomorrow people I love dis show it so much more u can do to make a season 2 y’all ever think that if u make a season 2 now that y’all could have more viewers on season 2 cause I on by now a lot of people have seen season one and I know they like it so someone please find away to bring it back

I’m saddened this show is cancelled. Once we saw it on Netflix a couple of days ago we couldn’t stop watching it. This show had an enormous amount of potential. All of the good shows that I find interesting on Netflix are either cancelled, or ended already such as Heroes, Friday Night Lights, and Tomorrow People etc. The show needs a second chance

This makes me so mad you don’t understand. I’ve been sick and the show I watched the entire time was tomorrow people. If u knew you were going to end the show you could have atleast ended it with some closer. Yes they are safe, and yes we know who loves who at the moment, but what about what happens overall. What happens to John, or jediky, or any of the people that there is no full ending for. This is terrible and I hope u people that canceled it are happy. I certainly am not.
I think cancelling the show was a big mistake. I couldn’t stop watching it its way better then the 100 you still have on air!!!

I just found out about this show a few days ago on Netflix and I couldn’t stop watching it and now I find out that I am left hanging because the show was cancelled I am beyond upset
I hope another network revives The Tomorrow People for it’s second season. Which other network should pick it up for a second season? Netflix? Amazon Prime? Xbox Live? Syfy? CBS? Let’s do Bring Back The Tomorrow People campaign or go out protesting to save the show.

I began watching this serie just 10 days ago and have been glued to the screen every evening watching it, and now that im done with the first season i find that there wont be a 2nd season. This sucks. Bring it back! I want a 2nd and 3rd and 4th season!!
Discovered it on Netflix. Must be a second season!!!!!!! Ive never shouted, cried, and laughed at a tv series like the tomorrow people did!!!! Huge disappointment there wasn’t a season two!!!!
