The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I think the first season had its ups and downs but I still would have liked to see a second season. There are always room for improvements like anything we do in this world..ratings are ratings…just pick it up and try again to promote more attraction of viewers with a different element and you’ll be golden!

I too founf season 1 on Netflix. .. loved the show and was looking to find whennit would air … cancelled!!!… no I loved this show and was looking forward to continuing! ! Bring it back
Loved this show… caught it on Netflix. … got hooked and was llokibg forward to season 2…. so sad now… never know the ending! !
Me too. I just finished this on Netflix. I am sorry to find out that this was canceled. They had some good stories and some unexpected twists.
I kept missing on tv so followed the series on Netflix and was impressed, really loved the show. The characters, storyline and acting were getting better with each episode so its a real pity it has been canceled.

I watched this show on Netflix and it was freaking amazing its sad to know its cancelled because i was just getting in to it who ever rated it low sucks because i was excited for it to continue i love that show. Hope someday they realize that its a great show and bring it back.
This is my favorite tv show and now I can’t watch it also I can’t find anything to watch and If they don’t put another season on I’m never gonna watch anything the cw puts out
