The Walking Dead TV show has been renewed for an eighth season on AMC. The Walking Dead season eight renewal comes a week prior to the season seven premiere.
The zombie apocalypse drama’s seventh season premieres on AMC a week from tonight. The Walking Dead TV series cast includes: Andrew Lincoln, Austin Amelio, Xander Berkeley, Lauren Cohan, Michael Cudlitz, Seth Gilliam, Danai Gurira, Lennie James, Ross Marquand, Sonequa Martin-Green, Alanna Masterson, Melissa McBride, Josh McDermitt, and Austin Nichols.
Deadline reports, “the 16-episode eighth season will debut in late 2017 – with a more-than-likely October premiere date. At the same time Sunday, AMC also announced that TWD after-show The Talking Dead, hosted by Chris Hardwick, will be returning for a new season as well.”
