Despite a huge ratings drop last year, the Z Nation TV show was not cancelled thanks to remaining a top five Syfy TV series. There’s been no word on whether the fifth season is the final installment, but its likely ratings (and the price tag on future seasons) will play into that decision. A Syfy zombie apocalypse horror comedy-drama, Z Nation stars Kellita Smith, DJ Qualls, Keith Allan, Anastasia Baranova, Russell Hodgkinson, Nat Zang, Sydney Viengluang, Ramona Young, Natalie Jongjaroenlarp, and Grace Phipps. After a zombie virus infects the United States, a ragtag gang of everyday people bands together to end it.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

For comparisons: The fourth season of Z Nation averaged a 0.17 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 589,000 viewers.

Please bring on season 6. You can’t leave a show half done. I’d like to see if Numerica happens and if that talker masked woman gets what she deserves. Even if you make a season 6 and close the series off properly.
I’ll be so disappointed to have watched this far and have no real outscome to the whole story. The producers and writers have left it where we’re wondering what will happen next. Please Please don’t disappoint and make anseasom 6, even if it the last season.

thought first 2 seasons were great third season not so much 4th season just finished watching better than season 3 in some ways but there was some good episode and bad ones shall watch season 5 after finale has been aired
Z Nation is one of the best series ever. There is a great humor and the cast is insane .. I hope that a season 6 will come, because I always look forward to it …

Horrible ratings, yet it is still doing better in season 5 than Wynonna Earp has ever done. Amazing. What a clown shop SYFY has become. In the meantime, shows on USA(owned by the same people as SYFY) with better ratings(like Colony) get cancelled.

Like the series, but it is becoming too serious and trying too hard to play into current political issues. Taking itself waaayyy too serious. Please bring back the campy show that we all fell in love with the first couple of seasons – like a bus full of Abraham Lincolns and giant cheese wheel. That’s what made the show.
