AMC has great expectations for the Better Call Saul series. They’ve already renewed it for a second season so fans won’t have to worry about it being cancelled for quite awhile. But, will this show be a success in the ratings? Stay tuned.
A prequel to the Breaking Bad TV series, Better Call Saul is set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White’s lawyer. The rest of the cast includes Jonathan Banks, Michael McKean, Patrick Fabian, Rhea Seehorn, and Michael Mando.

What do you think? Do you still like Better Call Saul TV series? Are you glad that it’s already been renewed for a second season or should it have been cancelled instead?
What show are you guys who are hateing it watching?…..season one was great IMO, good characters, good writing, good storytelling…….its 2 different genres of show so you cant really compare it to breaking bad as they both have different dynamics, as for a interesting/funny show this is awesome, cant wait for season 2 to start
i love this show as much as i loved breaking bad. i’m surprised that the ratings dropped from the first episode to episode 9. seem to be losing about 5% of the audience each week. i have had the opposite affect. i got more interested as each episode came on. it’s pace may be a little slow but i have a feeling that it’s all a reflection of the main character who is going nowhere fast. i think as saul develops his game his pace and therefore the pace of the show will accelerate. right now people are comparing the… Read more »
Love it!!! I have a crush on jimmy
My husband and I love the show. The writing and story telling is wonderful. The characters are so well casted. The episode with the old lady and the statues was hysterical. Please re-run this show over the summer so more people tune in.
Love the show!! So glad to hear season 2 is on the way.
The show has a good story and an interesting way of adding comedy without being a comedy show. Bob O. keep up the good work!!!
Correction to first note not Gus but mike. Gus was the super bad guy in bob.sorry
I love the show. The guy who plays Gus should get an Emmy for the show where he kills his sons killers. Bob odenkirk is great as Jim McGill. I’m looking forward to the show where he becomes Saul. I
The show is a good mixture of drama and comedy. One wants Jim to be successful but his goodness gets in the way of his ambitions.
Great show! I hope it runs all the way to the inception of “Breaking Bad”, and if the show continues to shine, they can make it a 10 year prequel.
better call Saul may have started off a little on the weak side however it seems to have picked up momentum as the season progresses especially in the last couple of episodes don’t give up too quickly or too easily on this series it’s going to be a hit series given the chance as people spread the word the audience will increase dramatically, filling the shoes of Breaking Bad are huge shoes to fill. as I recall initially in Breaking Bad it also started out a little wobbly don’t turn your back on the series its going to be a… Read more »
Better call Saul I don’t believe is going to get cancelled I believe its going to be a huge hit its just finding its legs don’t give up on it just yet .it’s tough to do an encore after breaking bad tough shoes to fill however as the season progresses and the intensity rises I think in the end this will be a blockbuster hit.
Vince thinks that BB fans like me will that **** and hang in there for a long time for such horrible show. He’s holding back and is so full of itself that he thinks we will be here for him forever till they decide to actually to show some decent writing. Open your eyes, you are not the only game in town, and you should now better than that, and start trying to get rates in the first 4 episodes with some meat, instead of just warning the BBQ and serving soda. I think we saw your best Vince, too… Read more »
Stick a fork in this dud. I wanted this so bad for this show to be good. The sad reality is that it simply is not. The script is worse than weak. The twist and revelations exposed in the Breaking Bad series were genius, while this one just tries way to hard for the same effect with no success. Its not compelling like BB was. It is not suspenseful, as BB was. It is not at all compelling like BB was. Its just a very watered down, confusing, and pointless attempt to cash in a little more on the coat… Read more »

Season 2 is on its way so it’s not going anywhere
Loved Breaking Bad, so this is a nice follow up… pretty funny, too!
Love it. I didn’t watch Breaking Bad but have ordered the first disk from Netflix.
Prepare to be addicted. Breaking Bad is one of the best shows to ever air on TV.
Better Call Saul looks promising. I’m hooked so far!
tk, you are right. I have watched about nine episodes of Breaking Bad. Love this show. I cannot believe I missed it when it was on AMC.
