It looks like the vacation is over. Recently, Jeff Dye confirmed that NBC has cancelled Better Late Than Never after two seasons.
The reality show follows Henry Winkler, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw, and George Foreman as they travel the world with both help and misdirection from tech-savvy comedian Jeff Dye.
On Twitter, Dye revealed NBC has decided not to renew Better Late Than Never. The series wrapped its second season in February with an average rating of .91 in the 18-49 demo and 4.819 million viewers. That’s a nearly 40% drop in ratings from season one.

What do you think? Have you seen Better Late Than Never? Are you sad it’s been cancelled?
So disappointed!!! Watching football and saw Terri Bradshaw which reminded me to look for the start of Better Late Than Never. Such a laugh-out-loud show. These guys were hilarious and inspiring!! So wish they would do another season. At least I can re-watch the last season.
Family loved the show! Love to travel and see if I can find the same places the crew went to. Should be more about money. Netflix original remake?
Do not cancel please!
Are you kidding me? My wife and I think it’s one of the best shows on TV and for sure compared to the other choices on NBC… But I guess it doesn’t matter to NBC cuz if your not making money on it why be concerned with what the public likes.. reminds me of our current government… So guess what, we won’t watch anything else on NBC… Hope that helps you ratings……Not….
Best show ever!!! My family and I enjoy very much the Adventures of these guys who are the best together!!! How can you cancel this? There obviously won’t be many shows after this being they are all aging. As I see everyone’s else’s comments are all positive towards making another season. There’s was no negative response on not making another season. I understand they are aging but if you could do more season, we would love it sooooooooooo much!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, Kim Mercadante
LOVED that show! Everyone I know loved it too. Not sure where the ratings came from but it”s hard to believe they are correct. We need more humor and this show tops it. If NBC doesn’t pick it up I hope another network will and I’ll be glued to the set.
C’mon, NBC wouldn’t know comedy if they’ve seen it. The show was honestly funny and has to be inexpensive to produce compared to the other crap you carry.
You are absolutely correct. One of the funniest shows on TV. I guess since they aren’t bashing politicians or using off color language the NBC executives aren’t happy.
NBC why do this?look at all the other show you cancelled..I say cancel NBC lol
No PLEASE don’t cancel this show!!!
It is funny and so entertaining… why would you cancel it. Everyone I talk to from age 21 through 60 loves this show. PLEASE, PLEASE, bring it back!
WE want BETTER LATE THAN NEVER on for a 3rd season. It is hilarious, good clean fun by icons!!! All networks constantly put stupid shows on like American Dad that actually removes intelligence. Yet again, you don’t know a good show when you see it. Hope another network picks it up, just like Good Man Standing
Hey FOX how about reviving Better Late Than Never
PLEASE bring back BETTER LATE THAN NEVER, it was The ONLY truly funny, clean reality show on network tv! Give it another chance!
I hope it gets on one of the streaming channels!! I loved it!
Please don’t cancel this show!!! I’ve never laughed so hard! It’s one of the best shows on network TV!!!!
One of the few shows that we enjoyed. Terribly sorry to see it go. If there is any chance at all, BRING IT BACK!
This makes me very sad . I so enjoyed getting to know the guys better and their crazy antics made me laugh. I will miss them
