TV show description:
This reality series is based on a popular Korean television program format. It’s a fish-out-of-water show that follows four cultural icons — Henry Winkler, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw and George Foreman — on a great adventure.
Deciding it’s better late than never, these four legendary seniors embark on the journey of a lifetime, traveling across Asia on their own, with no schedule and no itinerary. The only help comes from Jeff Dye, a young tech-savvy comedian. He has an agenda of his own and he isn’t above leading the men off track.
Each stop on the journey is packed with humorous cultural experiences, heartwarming spectacles, and unexpected twists as the legends take on an unforgettable adventure.
Episode #12 — To the Sahara and Back
Tthe guys get their groove on with the Gnawa Tribe and bond over a campfire in the Sahara Desert. In Marrakesh, William Shatner treats the guys to lunch before going to hear an authentic Moroccan storyteller. Jeff Dye shows off his stand-up skills and they all reflect on the trip they’ve had at a final dinner.
First aired: February 5, 2018.
What do you think? Do you like the Better Late Than Never TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a third season?
Funniest show ever. I love them all. Very disappointing to find out it’s cancelled
I’m very disappointed that Better Late Than Never has been cancelled, funniest show I’ve ever seen
Love this show. Funniest group of men on TV. What a loss for the network and its audience. Would rather watch this kind of TV than murders and crime shows. The world needs this kind of humor.
Please! Please! Please! Bring this show back it was the most hilarious show on television that I have ever seen. Not to mention the authenticity and chemistry between these guys is refreshing and perfect.
This is one of the funniest shows ever. The comeradierie is so endearing that even when the guys make fun of each other, it’s hysterical. We cry from laughing so hard and have to rewind every 10 min to catch the next funny comment we missed. These guys seem so real even though they are legends. And they seem to enjoy being together and going through these amazing adventures. My family would love to see many more seasons! Please bring the show back!
Please bring this show back for season 3, 4, 5 and more. I love it so much, makes me laugh out loud. All the guys are full of humour and they are all pure gold. The UK love this show……bring it back please
This was the best show to come along & it has quite a following too. I can’t understand why it was cancelled. Please reconsider. There is too much crap on TV these days & this was a welcome refreshing antidote. Big mistake NBC!
We LOVE Better Late
than Never! So ticked it was
Cancelled. I think a lot of people discovered this show on on-demand like we did
And now they cancelled it!!! No!!!!’
PLEASE DON’T CANCEL!!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE FUNNIEST SHOWS EVER!! SO LITTLE TO LOOK FORWARD TO , TO LAUGH ABOUT THESE DAYS. PLEASE KEEP US LAUGHING!!!!!!
They should have polled the viewers age 50-99 and not those 18-49 year olds! My hubby, 79, and myself, 70, thoroughly enjoyed the series! We could relate to the guys! Need a Season 3….. Please?
Better Late Than Never is one if the funniest TV shows out there. The banter between the cast is hilarious. What a great mix of characters. I love how Jeff Dye tries to keep them in line but they always do their own thing. I also like that the show has touching and emotional moments included – like when they found Henry Winkler’s grandparents house. WE LOVE THIS SHOW!
Great show NBC…canceling is a mistake!!!
We are devastated that Better Late Than Never has been cancelled! Come on NBC, we need these hilarious yet sweet, funny yet serious, shows! Stop the madness and reconsider!!!!
Can’t believe they cancelled this. I thought it was hilarious and couldn’t wait for the next episode. Someone needs to rethink this one.
