What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the Showtime cable channel, Billions stars Paul Giamatti, Damian Lewis, and Maggie Siff. The cast also includes David Costabile, Condola Rashad, Kelly AuCoin, and Jeffrey DeMunn. Corey Stoll and Julianna Margulies are recurring guest stars. In season five, Bobby Axelrod (Lewis) and Chuck Rhoades (Giamatti) see their vicious rivalry reignited, while new enemies rise and take aim. Social impact pioneer Mike Prince (Stoll) poses a true threat to Axe’s dominance and Wendy Rhoades (Siff) reevaluates her loyalties and forges surprising new alliances that put her at odds with both Chuck and Axe.
Season Five Ratings

So the show is put on temporary hold 🙂 and we are left with unfinished characters like the future of Wendy y Taylor. Now we’ll never will know if capital wins over justice. It’s the only series that really made me addictive. So at least another season would be nice.
ADDICTED!!! Please keep BILLIONS going!! I’m a big Paul G. fan and am now completely intrigued with the rest of the cast!! Fantastic writing…excellent cast!
I hope they renew! I just started the show and haven’t been able to stop!!! So esp when you watch all seasons bunged like that you can get sick of a show easier. I think they can easily keep it going! If the “rivalry” aspect plays out I would still love the show just focusing on axe capital and dive into some employees more!! I think they should’ve kept house of lies or even a spin off. Please don’t cancel this show!!!!!
Oh one more thing ….the original writers need to return. Also Taylor’s story needs to be done and done quickly
Since she is so environmentally conscious etc they could easily write it off by her extending axe cap somehow in California or starting her a business but axe helps her with a share. Then if needed/wanted she could still have appearances
By far this is one of the best series on! The acting is outstanding! Damian and Paul on screen have great scenes together. Omg Wags is the best wing man.
I sure hope they listen and read the reviews and give us a few more seasons? They always seems to cancel the wrong shows, and keep the ones no one really cares about.

Billion was my favorite series, never missed a show, talked about it all the time, then the start of this season, I was extremely disappointed. Did Billions acquire new writers?> The shows were boring, no excitement, dull…did the season end? Hope not….Billions is not on TV tonite, a Sunday, this is 2 weeks in a row, I am very disappointed…Who is responsible?
Enjoyed the earlier seasons. More about stocks, money, how rich people live and spend money. Nice cars hot women, beautiful homes. Just not the same. Will continue to watch.
This fifth series of Billions has, in my modest opinion, become a little bit boring (lost of blah blah, little action) and quite predictable too. I absolutely hate all the swearing too. So I think they’d better call it a day.

Liked Billions in the past. Something has changed. Dialogue was always difficult but has become very unrealistic, and monotonous. I don’t travel in those circles but don’t think people actually talk like they do on this show. We’ll see…
I feel the same…one of my favorite shows in the last 10 years, but something has changed in season 5 and it’s as if they are struggling for story line…it’s been very incoherent this season and at times somewhat schizophrenic…somewhat of a disappointment, so i’m hoping there’s a momentum shift when/if the show returns…if the june 9th episode was the last of the season, wow, what a flatline way to end the season…no continuity at all
