Does the thin, blue line which is the Reagan family still stand in the eighth season of the Blue Bloods TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Blue Bloods is cancelled or renewed for season nine. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all the season eight episodes of Blue Bloods for us here.
A CBS family drama, Blue Bloods stars Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Len Cariou, Marisa Ramirez, Sami Gayle, and Vanessa Ray. The police procedural centers on the Irish-American Reagans, a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. New York Police Commissioner Frank Reagan (Selleck) leads both the police force and his brood.

Blue bloods is one of the best shows on tv. The family life, with sound family values like respect for their parents. instead of making children smarter than their parents, this show is based on respect for everyone. Please stop putting programs on in blue bloods spot which is perfect after Hawaii 5.o.
This is an outstanding show that promotes family values and is a seemingly real police experience. The writing is great. My only complaint is that it’s always getting pre-empted. If it’s not NCAA, it’s always some other new thing or special. Why do that? No wonder some ratings are dropping slightly. It angered me to find my favorite show on about 2 times in like a 4 or 5 week span! Put that other stuff someplace else and stop pre-empting Blue Bloods! Blue bloods is one of the best police shows on television – does not need to be replaced by some other silly show. You always take the good shows off television, please do not take this one too.
Please keep this show going, it is an awesome series, do not want a cheese show to come on when there already is good shows –please keep this show and all of the Chicago shows please
Tom Selleck…he plays his part just perfect. I bet he would make a great commissioner in real life. Outstanding actor! The Wahlberg kid.. he is fantastic…great actor! The family scene on this show is excellent. Making time for family, Sunday dinner… awesomeness! Families don’t take the time to do much of that anymore. This show sets an excellent example for that. To the producer…you are a genius! It would be a total disappointment for this show to get cancelled! They need more shows such as this one, showing the family togetherness instead of some of the garbage out there.
My son-in-law, all my grandchildren and I eagerly anticipate and enjoy each episode. Bravo for the honor-bound police officers!
Please bring Linda (Amy Carlson) back. She made the show. It is not the same and I am sad to say the show doesn’t mean the same to me without her. BRING HER BACK.
If CBS cancels this show I will never watch another CBS show ever
This is the best shows based in NYC. It has encouraged families all over to have dinner together and just talk to each other.
