Doctor Jason Bull has a talent for picking a jury and winning big cases but the Bull TV series hasn’t been a big winner when it comes to the ratings. How will this CBS legal drama perform this time around? Will Bull be cancelled or renewed for season six? Stay tuned. *Status Update Below.
Bull stars Michael Weatherly, Freddy Rodriguez, Yara Martinez, Geneva Carr, Jamie Lee Kirchner, Christopher Jackson, and MacKenzie Meehan. The show follows Dr. Jason Bull (Weatherly) who is brilliant, brash, and charming. Together with his team of experts at Trial Analysis Corporation, Bull combines psychology, human intuition, and high-tech data to learn what makes those in a courtroom tick. The team includes quick-witted lawyer Benny Colón (Rodriguez), neurolinguistics expert Marissa Morgan (Carr), former NYPD detective Danny James (Kirchner), hacker Taylor Rentzel (Meehan), and image expert Chunk Palmer (Jackson). In high-stakes trials, Bull’s remarkable insights, three Ph.D.’s, and top-notch staff create winning strategies that tip the scales of justice in his clients’ favor. In season five, Bull finds it harder than ever to navigate his personal life, as he balances fatherhood and his renewed relationship with his ex-wife, Isabella “Izzy” Colón (Martinez).
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.

What do you think? Do you like the Bull TV series on CBS? Should it be cancelled or renewed for a sixth season?
*4/16/21 update: Bull has been renewed for a sixth season on CBS.
One of the few series that rises above drivel. Outstanding plot storyboard — excellent background research integrated into screenplay — and most important, real entertainment to series followers. By the way, there are other followers than the 18-49 age group. 55+ viewers have more program loyalty — can think, speak in sentences (and without the crutch of “like” every fourth word) — are home to watch their favorite shows and are more addicted to quality and entertaining programs — are definitely of the TV generation — and above all for sponsors, have the monetary ability to support their preferences. I’ve watched Bull since it started. I cannot believe you are thinking of canceling the program along with NCIS, Blue Bloods, McGyver and others. I only watch 6 programs and all are on CBS. THERE WILL BE NO REASON TO WATCH CBS and a lot of fans will be ticked. I suppose this is cancel culture.
Part of it is cancel culture, but this isn’t all on CBS. I’m not watching anything on ABC, NBC, FOX or the CW either. I will have to make a very tough decision when my cable TV deal ends in July. Completely cancelling my TV package is not out of the question, and I won’t be replacing it with streaming. I used to buy things on DVD after the season ended(at a fair price) but now less and less is available on DVD.
This season isn’t the same with masks on less jurors and no backrouNd of jurors so I think it will be done.
Don’t really like Chunk
Please boost ratings so good every week love it.
We love the series “Bull” Tonight’s episode
(1/18) was exceptional. “We are all from somewhere else” lol!!!
Very interesting every episode who care.
Cancel Bull it has become boring and uninteresting. Same old rigmonroe over and over
I thought episode 1 of season 5 was fun,
creatively done and this series is getting better and better
I actually learn something as well.
Renew. Great program.
You know that a show is way past its prime and has jumped the shark whenever the writers use one or the other of two plot types. Either the musical episode or the “it was all a dream” sequence. This episode used both. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!
Why ratings so low this season omg . I can’t believe all but coronavirus pandemic onto the show stupid. They need to wait until coronavirus over it ridiculous to me.
We watch all episodes. I love this show!
I’ve never missed an episode and will still watch Bull.
Don’t get why stupid coronavirus virtual trial court case online premiere ridiculous. Need more viewers.
