A Hallmark Channel Canadian-American drama, the Chesapeake Shores TV series stars Meghan Ory, Treat Williams, Diane Ladd, Robert Buckley, Barbara Niven, Laci J. Mailey, Emilie Ullerup, Brendan Penny, and Andrew Francis. Jesse Metcalfe guests. The store explores the lives of the O’Brien family, after the homecoming of eldest daughter Abby O’Brien (Ory), a high-powered career woman and divorced mother of two. Over the past few seasons, Abby has leaned on her family to strike a balance between her professional and personal lives. This season will see her coming into her own as her father Mick’s (Williams) new business partner and facing a new challenge when successful and eccentric entrepreneur Evan McKenzie (Buckley) brings a new development project into town.

I did not like Trace and Abby together. It was too on again off again. Trace was one mixed up guy who didn’t know what he wanted.
Yes keep Chesapeake Shores for a 6th season. Love the characters especially Nell. Love the stories.

I love the chemistry between Mick and Megan walking through mistakes in marriage and family but never giving up on each other. I love watching the friendships between siblings. The show started about Abby and Trace but has blossomed into so much more. I will miss Jesse Metcalf he’s a gentle giant but I am rooting for the show to go on!
Keep Trace and Abby together, get Jesse Metcalf back renew for season 6
I do not like the direction the Abby storyline is headed; hopefully, at so.e poi t. Abby and Trace will end up together
Chesapeake Shores is my favorite show on Hallmark! I wait patiently each year for the season. I have watched from the 1st episode. So disappointed that Jesse is leaving, but look forward to the new shows! I hope and vote to continue this wonderful show. We all need to be a part of this heartwarming, loving family. Chesapeake Shores takes us away from reality for an hour each week, something we definitely need in today’s world! Love it so much!! ❤️

I’m hoping jess will stick to her instincts not give in. I’m rooting for the relationship between the grandparents. And a new beginning for abby and Trace.
Hallmark already canceled Good Witch which was very popular, it would be a huge mistake to cancel Chesapeake Shores, what’s next on their chopping block When Calls the Heart.
Sooo glad the show is back! Really enjoy the family dynamics. Will miss Trace but looking forward to what comes next for Abby and the whole family!

I love this show mainly for the story line between Abby and Trace. Now that he’s leaving, I don’t know if I’ll watch. Boo Hoo!

Nor me. While Hallmark touted the show as being about Trace and Abby, we hardly saw them and their characters were never developed, but the chemistry was there. No chemistry between her and Jay who is only more boring than Abby herself. I don’t like wise guys and every time I see an ad I am more disgusted than before. Don’t think I will be watching because they have no intention of bringing Trace back and there’s the true chemistry
