TNT Renews Fan-Favorite Drama Claws for a Fourth and Final Season
October 1, 2019 – TNT will be wrapping up its hit drama Claws with a fourth and final season. Since its launch in 2017, the series has won critical praise and a loyal fan following. Viewers have responded to the queenly rise of Desna Simms (Niecy Nash), who, alongside her crew of manicurists from the Nail Artisans of Manatee County salon, rises to power in the crime world to claim her share of cash and respect.
“For the past three seasons, Claws has handled delicate and culturally relevant themes like race, class, gender, age and sexual orientation with grace and humor via superb storytelling,” said Brett Weitz, General Manager for TNT, TBS, & truTV. “Fans cherish the over-the-top Clawsian moments that have defined its run, and we will do them justice as we wrap up the tale of Desna and her crew.”
The series and cast have earned overwhelming critical praise, with the Los Angeles Times declaring “…Claws is the perfect show for our time.” Vanity Fair labeled Claws the “perfect match for any summer day, while Vulture heralded the show as an “uproarious, emotionally moving ode to women’s quests for autonomy.”

What do you think? Do you like the Claws TV show? Will you watch season four? Do you think the series should be ending or renewed for a fifth season?
Please keep this show going…don’t cancel!!!
I think claws should be continued as it is one of the best shows on television and it has great writers and actors. Worse shows have lasted longer.
I was introduced to the show by my daughter. It has become “our show” to watch together. I have come to be a big fan. Always loved Niecey Nash. And has come to love the whole crew. I hate to see it go. I would love to see it continue. At least for everyone to get a big piece of the pie.
Please don’t end Claws. I just love this show. The characters are great and they are just getting started.
I love Claws!! I would like to know when Season4 episode 1 airs?
No, I don’t think it should be cancelled. I love the show. Very well written and great actors.
YES, there should be one more season. This is to give the writers more time to properly wrap the show up with a DECENT ending. Too many shows have rushed the endings and the endings were Horrible, leaving fans in shock and feeling cheated without closure. For the sake of the fans, give the show a chance for a proper burial!
I love Claws with my whole heart it’s my favorite show to watch!!!! I wait on it!!! I don’t want it to be canceled smh then what am I gonna watch!! I definitely will watch claws season 4 and I will definitely be praying for a season 5!! Don’t cancel it !!! Definitely renew for a season 5!!!
I LOVE Claws!
Please do not cancel this show.
Sometimes I’ll watch episodes 2 or 3 times I save the whole season on my record list for months because I hate to delete them please, please, please, give us more seasons after this one don’ t let it end.
Claws is the best show ever! DO NOT CANCEL!
Do not cancel! Keep it going! It’s original and fun!
Yes. It’s one of the most entertaining show on tv.
CLAWS is so goooood it should never end!
Why are they canceling the highest rating show? I hate this u get invested into a show love it then they cancel it. This is a stupid move. There’s nothing like this on tv. Even my husband loves this show. Sad to know it’s ending. ♀️
