Bailey’s music career has been cut short again. Netflix has cancelled Country Comfort so, there won’t be a second season of this multi-camera comedy series.
Created by Caryn Lucas, Country Comfort stars Katharine McPhee, Eddie Cibrian, Ricardo Hurtado, Jamie Martin Mann, Pyper Braun, Shiloh Verrico, and Griffin McIntyre, with Eric Balfour and Janet Varney in recurring roles. When her career and personal life get derailed, an aspiring young country singer named Bailey (McPhee) takes a job as a nanny for a rugged cowboy named Beau (Cibrian) and his five children. With a never-give up attitude and loads of Southern charm, the newbie-nanny is able to navigate the family dynamics and be the mother figure they’ve been missing. To her surprise, Bailey also gets the band she’s been missing in this musically talented family who help get her back on the road to stardom.
The series launched in March of this year with a first season of 10 half-hour episodes. There won’t be any more. The streaming service has also dropped comedies Bonding, The Crew, and Mr. Iglesias.
They need to bring this show back for Season 2. It is a really good show. I hate that Netflix keeps killing good shows off and canceling them. BRING BACK COUNTRY COMFORT SEASON 2

Disappointed. Nice, clean family show. Should be many more seasons. I guess it wasn’t nasty or dirty enough for most of today’s society.

Boo Netflix!! So disappointed that country comfort is not coming back for a second season! The cast was great and it was a clean, wholesome show that was fun to watch. Super disappointing!
I just watched the first season of Country Comfort. I loved it. I love the music aspect and as a music teacher and music therapist I’m disappointed that it has been canceled. It was a good family show as well. Please reconsider!!! It was an Emmy nomination!!!!!!
I enjoyed Country Comfort. It’s a nice family comedy. I’m sorry Netflix’s isn’t renewing it.
Its a wonderful show and I can’t believe its not returning for a 2nd season. Its a mix of Reba and The Nanny with a good family values and fun. I see no reason not to continue this series. Its just too good not too. You just can’t have a cliff hanger like that and leave us hanging.
