Another television series has crossed over to the great beyond. The Crossing TV show on ABC has been cancelled after one season. The thriller, which made its debut on April 3rd, premiered with low ratings, and things only got worse from there.
An ABC sci-fi drama, The Crossing stars Steve Zahn, Natalie Martinez, Sandrine Holt, Georgina Haig, Tommy Bastow, Rob Campbell, Rick Gomez, Marcuis W. Harris, Grant Harvey, Jay Karnes, Simone Kessell, Kelley Missal, Luc Roderique, and Bailey Skodje, with Luke Camilleri recurring. The story unfolds in the small Oregon fishing town of Port Canaan, when 47 evacuees from a war-torn country wash up on the shore. The newcomers aren’t just any refugees seeking asylum — they’re Americans from 180 years in the future.

Noooo! They leave Once Upon a Time for four seasons past its deserved end and they cancel this one after one season?? I’m done with series TV. This is ridiculous. What an awesome show. They canceled Resurrection too and I’m still mad about that one.

The crossing was such a good show! It has all of the elements. Susspense …great story line…relatable characters …. I could go on! I though it wa great and it is a shame it’s not getting renewed ….maybe a lack of advertisement ??? I hope it is reconsidered. This is one of the few shows I looked forward to.

Thought it was pretty good in comparison to most of the junk on TV 🙁 I think they really need to do a Season 2 !!!!

The Crossing is the best new show available!!!!! I love the characters, the acting, the plot line with its twists and turns. All In The Family had horrible ratings the first season and was given a second chance the next season. It turned out to be one of the top rated shows of all time! This is not the season to axe “The Crossing”. People are outside in the nice weather and not necessarily interested in new programs. This is really a great show. As is the norm with ABC the brass do not give it time to develop a following and grow. Maybe SYFY or the CW will pick it up. As with most others that have posted I do look forward to Monday night.
DAMN…This is produced and or written by the folks from “LOST”. This show at least has a story-line you can follow. Its erecting and one knows where it may go . It needs to stay…RENEW
