We already know that the Girls TV show will be ending with season six (according to series creator Lena Dunham) so there’s really no chance of the HBO drama being cancelled any longer. The show has historically never done very well in the ratings but, what if the numbers rise a lot this season? Could HBO possibly convince Dunham to make a seventh season after all? It seems unlikely but you never know. Stay tuned.
Girls revolves around a group of twenty-somethings who live in Brooklyn and are figuring out how to make their way in the world. The series stars Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, Adam Driver, Alex Karpovsky, Andrew Rannells, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
