TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

My partner, 3 flat mates all our friends & of course ME! We binge watched to prepare us for the very last show…(The End) the title alone, made for many moist eyes. “The End” was fantastic, captivating, taking us all on an emotional rollercoaster , as only Grimm can do. And then that final scene…wow! However to some of us… “The cup half full people” Belevie it will be back even better! Then those of us…”like to rip the band aid off” & try to move on… well that didn’t work or help our overwhelming feeling of loss, like someone… Read more »
I have seen rumors of a Grimm re-make… Please say it is so…. I absolutely loved the Grimm series and need a new Grimm fix…lol
I do not know Why the decission to stop making Grimm was made and by Who but I think they made a big mistake. Thr ratings for this show was good, I just do not think the genral public want Grimm to stop! We are sick of watching Reality TV, so do not give us this crap to watch because you will loose your viewers!!!!!!!!! BRING BACK GRIMM
Great show, has many interesting things going on and a sense of family with the main characters. I binge watched the seasons and I’m on season 5. I know I will want more even after watching the last season 6. There is too many junk shows on tv that lack real creativity and have soul. Grimm will be missed. I’d like to see more and hope someone picks it up and runs more seasons. I’m in Charlotte NC.
I am so sad this is ending!!! I just found it and have been Binge watching, and almost to the end! I would continue to watch this if it continued!
Well I hope that they will be happy pulling off tv shows that are great. And have some kind of imagination with them. Or what do you want to watch at night, Debby can’t find where jacks sleeping with, or the comic books hour. You a great story and but cut it off it the middle of the season and no one will come pick it up. I am an author and the potential of this program was and could still be outstanding. I HATE NBC ANC ALL THESE OTHER COMPANIES LIKE NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME HULA ARE GOING TO… Read more »
I LOVED this show! SO SAD it was cancelled. I keep hoping it will be picked up and continued on another platform.
They are cancelling so many good and interesting shows like Grimm and Designated Survivor and trash in so called sit coms continue. Go figure?
Just love the show and the cast. I haven’t missed an episode and would love it to continue.
Well, would watch s7.
Omg another great series cancelled what is going on .they put on to much reality tv crap and take the good stuff off
I was totally disappointed when Grimm went off the air although I was glad there was a somewhat decent finale…. There are way more shows on NBC that deserved the axe other than Grimm but since we fans couldn’t make enough noise to keep this great show on the air, I lost another show in my Friday nite lineup….
I really wish they didn’t cancel Grimm, it was the best show on tv, yes I would have watched season 7,8,9, and so on and so on. Is there any way they would bring back the series with the same cast?
at show 6 more seasons please

I hope Grimm is coming back, it is the best, program on tv, the special effects are great, soooo great to see them change into different animals it is the only program that came up with this idea, please bring this wonderful show back!!!
