What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the TNT cable channel, The Librarians stars Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth, John Harlan Kim, and John Larroquette, with Noah Wyle recurring as veteran librarian, Flynn Carsen. The series centers on the ancient organization dedicated to safeguarding an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. The librarians serve as the protectors of the world’s mystical treasures.
Season Four Ratings

Telly’s Take
The fourth season premiered with much lower numbers than last year and the averages are also lower. However, The Librarians is still doing pretty well when compared to the other TNT original series. I’d usually predict another renewal, but TNT has been repositioning itself as an edgier network, and I’m not quite sure The Librarians is still a good fit. PLEASE Do not cancel The Librarians! It is one of the VERY FEW shows that are actually family friendly. Not to mention one of the BEST shows on television . My husband and I look forward to it every week. If we weren’t home and had to tape it, it is the first show were go to, to watch. It is well written and the stars are all phenomenal! Take off some of the other garbage that’s on. Please, please, PLEASE keep it on the air. Thank you.
Please renew it! One of the very few TV shows I watch, and one of the very few that makes knowledge and reading seem cool.

The librarians is a great show, entertaining and amusing, with a hint of education, great for the whole family. Just finished watching series 1 – 4 back to back. Love it. Please don’t cancel, let’s have a series 5……Pleeeease

Renew for at least 8 more seasons. This story line has so many directions it can take; just like Supernatural does. Excellent show without all the unnecessary profanity and unwanted, awkward sex scenes.

We need a season 5 of the librarians. My children of 11 and 13 love this series and will be gutted if there isn’t further seasons.

I really hope that the Librarians is renewed!
The ratings are completely misleading. People that record the episodes and watch later are not “counted”. I cannot express how ridiculous that practice is. In the real world, people want to watch at their own convenience. Preventing DVR’s from ff through commercials is an available technology. I understand advertisers basically pay for television production. It’s time for executives to shed their dinosaur skins and move into the 21st century.
My daughter and I LOVE ❤️ The Librarians! It is our all time favorite show! We will be so very bummed if it is cancelled.
There is finally a show that you can watch tat is just entertaining for the family and not worried about any political or social preasaures. It’s and great show. I hope it gets renewed.
