On MacGyver, a twenty-something adventurer named Angus “Mac” MacGyver (Lucas Till) creates a secret organization within the US government. Mac uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives. Co-starring are George Eads, Sandrine Holt, Tristin Mays, and Justin Hires.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. They make all new series like MacGyver original what is good and they’ve made the new MacGyver as good they have cancelled the good series when it’s just started men’s I’m on the first series just get into em no ending timeless iron Fist
I watched the original and wondered if I would like the new series. It took a the first episode, but I do like it.
Do not cancel. It has humor and creative aspects. I’m tired of reality TV which is not real but stupid people yelling at each other or trying to screw each other out of money. This gives a fun break and makes me feel maybe once in awhile we can find a way to survive the negative aspects of our real world.

I like the show. I’ll admit that at times it seems that the integrity of the plot is compromised for some flashy bravado, but that’s what all shows do to try to attract a bigger, less intellectual audience. The highest rated shows are usually the dumbest in my opinion. At least this show is more interesting than another csi show just like all the others.
I read Mr. R. D. Anderson “…didn’t want to disappoint his fans.” by being included in the remake?? I think if he would have been “promoted” to head of the Phoenix Foundation and had the writers use his unique skills to train a YOUNGER UP AND COMING extraordinary talented problem solver, with vast scientific knowledge, from Oh, let’s say a SECRET gifted class of students at M.I.T. the ratings might be a tad bit higher!!
