TV show description:
From creator David Elliot, who executive produces with Danny Strong and showrunner Adam Armus, the Proven Innocent TV show is a legal drama that centers on Madeline Scott (Lefevre), a resolute attorney on a lifelong quest for justice. When she was just 18, Madeline was wrongfully convicted of murder, along with her brother, Levi (Smith).
Today, no one knows better than Madeline how essential to justice is to set free innocent people. To that end, she and her partner, Easy Boudreau (Hornsby), lead an underdog defense team, dedicated to overturning unjust convictions.
Madeline’s bond with Easy runs deep. He helped her attain her freedom after she served 10 years in prison. Rounding out their team are investigator Bodie Quick (Kartheiser) and communications director Violet Price (James), who produces a true-crime podcast based on their investigations.
While Madeline’s mission is a noble one, her hard-hitting approach is not without its detractors. The most prominent of these is Gore Bellows (Grammer), the prosecutor who oversaw Madeline’s conviction and is still convinced of her guilt.
Although Bellows is determined to return Madeline to prison, she continues her fight to free the innocent and search for the real killer in her own case.

The plot could be useful in releasing prisoners jailed innocently, but it is one of the most dirty shows I have watched. Instead of the “Stars” being strong moral people, they are the most decadent people I have seen in a long time. Do our young learn honesty? No, they learn about the lowest common denominator of our law enforcement people. Get rid of it and if I could find out the advertisers I would give them a piece of what mind I have left.
I have been watching it every episode and have it on auto-record on the dvr. All the acting is solid and even great at times. Very interesting cases with controversial topics.
I do hope they resolve the “who murdered Rosemary” and just focus on current cases. I generally watch UK shows on HULU because they are catering to more intelligent people rather than the least intelligent like most US shows. This is one of the better shows on US tv right now.

I love the show, but I don’t like them pushing the whole lesbian thing in our face. I don’t have anything against gays, but I don’t want to watch them making out. Get on with the show and keep it clean.

Liked it at first but it’s a little to one sided for me. We need a good show about the real differences between socialism and conservatism. Doubt any young people would watch something that real!

It is a great show. It shows the truth and it stirs a lot of emotions. Court room scenes are realistic
I enjoy watching this show because my husband is a criminal defense attorney (35 years), and honestly he could be Kelsey Grammer’s twin brother. If I could leave a photo, I would. I’m happy to see shows shed light on our ‘broken’ criminal justice system.
I love this show , everyone of the a tors r brilliant smart love the attitude that goes with it …its everyday life people r good n go away for stuff they didnt do ..I think this show will open up people’s eyes to how life really can be.keep the show going it’s great cant wait to see what happens next
